"My Jordanian wife tried to book this hotel to stay with her nieces and nephews. Management replied asking for a marriage contract! Unbelievable! C'mon guys - it's time emerge into the 21st century. Aqaba is a holiday place and you're there to give people pleasure not to check on whether they are married or not! Time I think to abandon this very, very silly requirement. My wife of course cancelled."

"I stayed at the LOFT Hotel in Aqaba, and unfortunately, my experience was very bad. The cleanliness was poor, the rooms weren't cleaned properly, the food was bad and stale, and the bathrooms were in poor condition and uncomfortable. The service lacked professionalism, and there was no concern for guest comfort. I do not recommend staying there, and I hope the quality of service improves in the future."
