When I first checked it, I wasn't really amazed by this hotel, but when we were welcomed by Carlos I just felt that warm welcome that I was looking for. Carlos made sure that we were okay all the time. The hotel has a great location, right next to the hotel, 1 minute walk from our hotel room. The hotel room is big and spacious, it has a little kitchen and even a washing machine they also provide Laundry detergent everyday. The breakfast is mostly Chinese, western breakfast is non existent at this hotel and that's one thing I feel they should improve on, but Carlos and his team really made us forget about the little troubles we experienced. If you can't speak Chinese, I'd suggest finding Carlos on your check in. Thank you for an unforgettable stay, we will definitely come again.

When I was on vacation in Lingshui, I chose this hotel. The environment here is beautiful, the air is fresh, and it is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The facilities in the room are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious and bright, making people feel warm and comfortable. Here, we can taste local fresh fruits and food, and enjoy various leisure and entertainment activities, such as beach bathing, water sports, etc. In short, this is an unforgettable travel experience, and I will strongly recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel we stayed in this time was amazing! The facilities were very complete, with a large TV, a mini bar, and a comfortable work area in the room. The hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was clean and the floor was spotless. The hotel has a beautiful environment, located in the city center but very quiet, surrounded by green trees. The service is even better, the staff is warm and friendly, and I felt caring from the moment I walked in. The luggage handling and inquiries were all professional and efficient. In short, this stay was very pleasant and definitely worth recommending!

This is a hotel that I didn't have a good experience in after the Spring Festival. The cancellation process was very bumpy, but I finally checked in! A typical homestay style, the beach is opposite the downstairs, and the scenery is very beautiful, which is the most gratifying thing! The key is that there is no place to eat breakfast here, and there are a row of restaurants on the roadside for lunch and dinner. The cost performance is relatively low. If I drive by myself next time, I will drive here to enjoy the scenery and will not stay here. I can find a place to stay near the prosperous commercial street in Lingshui, where there are more shopping malls and food choices! This stay really surprised me! The homestay is 15 minutes drive from the Free Lighthouse, and 5 minutes to the nearest beach. The traffic is super convenient. The homestay itself is also very good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the layout is warm and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and it is as relaxing as at home. The staff in the store are warm and friendly and provide a lot of practical local suggestions to make our trip more smooth and enjoyable.   What impressed me most was that I woke up in the morning and quickly rushed to the beach to watch the sunrise, and I could take a leisurely walk to Chiling to watch the sunset in the evening. This experience is really rare! Highly recommended to all travelers who want to take into account convenience and comfort!   Will definitely stay again, and I hope more people can find this treasure homestay!

From Sanya to Lingshui, I chose the Qingshui Bay Whippers Hotel. I have to say that this was a very wise decision. The hotel's facilities are very complete, including children's paddling pool, super large swimming pool, gym, and spa. I especially like the infinity pool on the 11th floor of the hotel. It is very large and the water is clear. You can swim for a while at noon. There is also a special children's pool, which is very suitable for family outings. The hotel's restaurant also offers a variety of cuisines, from local specialties to international cuisine, which can satisfy your taste buds. The hotel's service is very thoughtful and meticulous, and every staff member is smiling, warm and friendly. Especially my housekeeper Wang Yuan Evn, she is like an old friend, she always takes care of me meticulously from check-in to check-out. Evn learned about my preferences and needs in advance and upgraded our room with better views and facing the sea. She also recommended nearby attractions and restaurants according to my itinerary. Every morning, Evn would kindly remind me of the weather conditions of the day and prepare the items I need for travel. Evn always has a smile on her face and sincerely cares about my stay experience. Clearwater Bay Whippers Hotel is a highly recommended resort hotel, whether it is the environment, facilities or services. Especially the caring service of housekeeper Wang Yuan Evn made me feel the warmth of home.

The room was great! The next day, the housekeeper Zi Han added me on WeChat, asked about our needs, and gave us a good upgrade. I was really surprised! I didn't expect the Hyatt Regency at R&F Ocean Paradise Resort to be so great. The room faces the sea and the playground. The Ferris wheel and the train are within sight. Thank you very much for the housekeeper Zi Han's thoughtful service during the stay. Any questions and needs can be answered and solved in a timely and patient manner. This is a very suitable hotel for family travel, and it is very cost-effective. It is located in Lingshui, less than half an hour's drive from Haitang Bay. If you want to stay with your baby for a few more days, this hotel is highly recommended.

The hotel is in a very nice location as you have the beach, pier with lighthouse and boat harbour right on your door step. The room was clean and modern with good aircon. Good selection for breakfast items. Three swimming pools to choose from with loungers . The hotel could do with focusing on attention to detail and customer service to reach their stated 5 star rating. However the Overall the experience was good.

Elena's exceptional service, along with the hotel's luxurious amenities, made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and unparalleled service.
