We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was amazing, the staff was very friendly. Maybe it took a time to wait for room service to bring a bottle of champagne. Great service. I recommend to book the valet service very easy!

Great stay, thoroughly enjoyed it! The location was perfect for exploring the city, but you really didn't want to leave the hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and you can go anywhere without taking a car or walking. The service was very good. The concierge helped me book restaurants, spas and consult the surrounding environment, which was very helpful. Although the food in their restaurant is a bit expensive, it is very delicious. If you fail to make a reservation at the Michelin restaurants nearby, you can still give it a try without drinking too much wine. The room is very good, quiet and clean, with low-key luxury, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the sofa bed in the living room on the loft was replaced with another bed, which is a bit harder, but you can also have your own space. Both spaces are high and very comfortable.

What a beautiful hotel, located in the heart of Antwerp, close to the wonderful luxury shops. A very warm welcome with a lovely bar; it would have been nice to have a small amuse-bouche instead of an aperitif. The restaurants have been carefully selected and each one is a gem to dine at. The breakfast was fantastic, and you could also dine a la carte (included). We had a standard room, which still had some minor issues, such as a leaky shower tap... but we still thoroughly enjoyed all this beauty.

A very beautiful hotel in the center of Antwerp, with a quiet and elegant atmosphere, warm and comfortable rooms, and great aesthetics! The breakfast dining environment is very beautiful, the food is of high quality, and there are meals designed by the chefs of several high-end restaurants in the hotel to choose from. The water pressure in the shower is great, the bedding is comfortable, and the lighting design is thoughtful. However, there is a hospital next to the hotel. Although it is very quiet, travelers who have non-noise concerns about such facilities need to pay attention when choosing.

The room was bigger this time, the bed was very comfortable, the location was convenient in the famous area but there was no supermarket nearby and it took 10 minutes to walk. The breakfast was rich. The fin fleur Michelin restaurant next door was average, so you don't have to go.

The room is very clean and tidy. The transportation is very convenient. There are also many delicious restaurants nearby that are worth checking out.
