The robot should have climbed up the stairs. I couldn't wait any longer, so I went downstairs with my luggage and met the robot in the elevator. It was actually delivering things to other floors... It turned out that it didn't deliver to me. I was so angry 😡 The front desk explained for a long time, what's the use... There must be a first come first served, right? If it is a problem of human settings, then deliver one household after another in the order order, and don't set up several households to deliver at once.
