"The room we were first assigned was very damp, and the quilt was wet. The service at the front desk was good, and they immediately changed the room. The second room still had a very bad musty smell. And the signal in the room is very poor. The air environment in the room really needs to be improved. Breakfast was ok. The hotel service was good, and staff delivered fruits and snacks in the evening. We moved to a new building today, and the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke again. I hope the hotel can get some non-smoking rooms. The TV in the room is also broken, which is too painful. Apart from breakfast, there is really nothing good about this hotel."

"The hotel is spacious and clean, offering good value for money. The rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with expansive views, and the staff are friendly and attentive. However, the biggest problem affecting my stay was the loud noise from renovations starting around 7:30 AM on the sixth floor on a weekend morning. Renovations should be carried out on weekdays after 8:00 AM, so being woken up so early on a weekend was extremely frustrating. Although the front desk coordinated with the lobby manager to resolve the issue, providing two hours of peace, construction resumed around 9:30 AM, and the noise is expected to continue. Those who prioritize sleep quality should consider this carefully. Additionally, the hotel's hair conditioner pump wasn't checked; it wouldn't work after several attempts and I had to unscrew it myself."
