But I tolerated all of this, thinking that I would only stay for one night and not comment. But the service attitude of the woman at the front desk was really bad. It's a good hotel but it's not well managed."

"The most unsatisfactory issue was printing! This is the only hotel I've ever stayed in that charges for printing documents, and it's a dollar per page! Hilarious. I asked the front desk if I could print, and they said yes. They didn't inform me beforehand that it was self-service printing and required payment. Turning on the machine – waiting for it to respond – scanning the code – figuring out how to upload the documents… all that trouble, and I had to pay first!!! If the front desk had just mentioned that it was self-service printing, I wouldn't have had to go through all that trouble!"
