"Opposite this hotel is Mikawa Anjou station 🚉 Many restaurants nearby & also convenience shop like family mart just step out from hotel lobby cross the road 4min will reach. The hotel SPA 🧖🏻♀️ is super great 👍🏻 We ready enjoy at during our stay 3days at the hotel. We drive 18min to reach new Mitsui Outlet at Okazaki & another 15min drive to reach Big Aeon mall Okazaki. Hotel location very good 👍🏻 Clean & very comfortable spacious big room which is hard to get in Japan. Front desk service is excellent 👍🏻 Will definitely stay again when we are in Mikawa Anjou. Highly recommended to all this great hotel. We are happy to stay here 😊"

"The amenities and the service are very nice for the price, the location is excellent close to the station. There’s free dinner too. The only downside was the molds in the bathroom and the dirty dryer in the laundry room."

"Extremely rude and hostile receptionist, no English spoken (not a criticism as this town not a tourist destination), the receptionist made me wait 3 hours on a hard chair in Reception and refused to acknowledge me, 4 o'clock check in is ridiculous, I asked to check in 3.45 and she said ok if I paid extra! Room absolutely stank of cigarette smoke , a place to be avoided and not suitable for non Japanese, horrible experience"
