The front desk deliberately concealed this from me, completely refusing to inform me about the construction work next door that morning. I could have chosen another hotel instead of being taken advantage of. As a result, before 8 a.m., they started hammering away at the wall next door with an electric hammer, creating deafening noise that woke me up completely, making it impossible to sleep or rest. Knowing about the construction but failing to inform me beforehand, ignoring my needs, their service was extremely irresponsible and dishonest. The experience was terrible, and I will definitely not stay here again. I also advise everyone to choose carefully!"
