The customer service was outstanding and everyone’s attentiveness was great. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nothing special but it was enjoyable. The room was very clean. Great view of the Panal Canal. Quiet area. Loved that there was a face cloth available. That’s very unusual in hotels in Panama.

🧐The location is good, you can see cruise ships🛳️, cargo ships🚢, and trains🚞. High floor, the view is more beautiful 🥰😍 but the sound insulation is not good

Because we were worried about being blocked by traffic on the 20th, we had to leave the hotel early (at 5 a.m.) and neither of us had breakfast. Can we get some refund? One breakfast for two and early check-out

The restaurant is very conveniently located and the food is delicious. equipment is old

Gut gelegenes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Allerdings etwas laut an der Hauptstrasse gelegen. Super Blick auf die Schleuse und den Panamakanal. Das typisch amerikanische Frühstück war nicht gut. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war auch sehr laut.
