Everything was fine except the wet yard was flooded with water with a strong stench of garbage which made living hall and dining areas uncomfortable. A thorough checking must be done and done again before allowing guest to check in. The smelly water cannot have just flooded the area in a short time.

Comfortable and well equipped unit perfect for families. The staff is very helpful, attentive and were so welcoming. Overall it was a good experience.

Good lactation, clean room, easy access. Unfortunately apartment only access swimming pool but not gym room. The owner very kind when I checkout before 9am and easily returned deposit to my account. I highly recommend 😜

Had a great stay! The property is new, modern, and very well-maintained. The room was spotlessly clean and smelled fresh, which made a big difference. Everything felt comfortable and inviting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I stay with family. During my stay swimming pool was temporary close. My little daughter was very frustrated. We choose G Residence because to enjoy swimming pool.

Clean and new place however seem to have lesser crowd, maybe is due to weekday

When we check in the place wasn’t properly clean. The shower piping was broken on master bedroom toilet. Great location however got put off by the cleanliness of the unit. The unit greatly fit family of 5

My family was very happy especially my kid. She really enjoy swimming pool + playground. The view / the landscapeeee iss soooooo beautiful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone! Thanks a lot to Ms Zhi for the good services! Keep it up! Just my opinion, hope you guys can provide iron & iron board in every room 🥰

Very bad, be sure to avoid it. 1️⃣ Booked for 2 nights but couldn't check in. I canceled one night in advance but couldn't get a refund. They still charged for 2 nights. They charged more than 1,300 per night for an apartment, which is outrageous! 2️⃣ I couldn't find the staff when I checked in at night. There were cockroaches on the quilt. The room was simple except that it was big! 3️⃣ I stayed in the best executive suite here. Nothing around was built yet. In short, I can't give a good review. Please keep your eyes open.

The night view of the rooftop is particularly good! The service attitude is very good and considerate. The environment and sanitation are very good
