The location of the hotel is perfect so close to the metro station and many restaurants and perfect halal restaurants (for Muslims)and French bakery everything is so close .for the hotel the owner is so kind and understanding at first we had a room with no windows dusty crusty we felt like crying but we asked him to change the room and he was so patient and gave us a bigger room with windows so u don’t get to smell that weird thingy and everything was just fine when it comes to people that are so magnaque I don’t really recommend bcz it’s not super hygienic anyway in general it was a great experience ❤️🙏

This place accepted foreigners. The hotel is far away from the centre of Shanghai but it is about a 10min walk from the nearest metro station. When we arrived there was nobody at reception, therefore we had to send a text for someone to proceed with check-in. The staff member was friendly and used a translator to communicate with us. The room was very small (which is not the main issue) and not very clean (there was dust everywhere, as per pictures). Bed linen was not particularly clean (with some stains) and smelled of cigarettes. We just couldn't withstand the smell of cigarettes that inevitably gets into the room, from the corridor. It seems that although there are "no smoking signs" inside the rooms, nobody actually respects them. We had to keep the A/C on all the time we were inside the room, otherwise we wouldn't be able to stay there (as there is no other form of ventilation). Another detail: our room door had a huge gap between the door and the door frame, which we had to cover (otherwise anyone walking by the door would be able to see you inside the room). Also, ours was the first room so everyone needs to walk by to get to their rooms. Overall, not very impressed with the room, considering the price. Cleanliness is not great and not a good place to stay if you have breathing issues.

Hotel staff and environment was good and the best thing was near to Fengzhuang Metro Subway ( 5 mins walk to Subway ) Highly recommended

suitable for the price! its 1 hour to the airport and city centre by metro but we stayed there for one night and i think it was very comfortable.

Positive feedback from guests is good to you rather than refuting guests. The hotel's pillows and quilts have an unpleasant odor after disinfection. As time goes by, the smell becomes even more terrible. After all, the store owner is used to being in a dirty hotel every day and is not surprised. How long has it been since the stairs, carpets, and doorways were opened with glass? It’s up to the store to clean up. You know this well because you have low awareness of hygiene. You don’t know what to put on the bedside. You can see how much dirt has accumulated on the air-conditioning outlet. Please don’t reply and don’t quibble. The room is very clean and bright. It is very close to the Line 13 subway station. It is also very convenient to eat around. The front desk is very welcoming. I have stayed here many times. The key is that it is very cost-effective. It is worth recommending to friends!

It’s pretty good. My husband said it was pretty good. I’ll consider it next time if I pass by. I hope it’s better in terms of hygiene. It would be better if you can speak English.

Location is far from the center but close to Fengzhuang station from where you can take line 13 to the center in one go. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful and the room was clean and had everything I needed.
