Excellent service, food, hospitality♥️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location as well! Situated in the old town, it is extremely near many of the highlights of Mostar. Another thing is that the pavements in the old town are not great for suitcases which is another point in Hotel Emen's favour - they are at one of the entrances to Hotel Emen so you don't need to carry your luggage very far at all!

The front desk staff were friendly, the hotel services were excellent, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Thank you.

Hot water is limited. It's not a pleasant experience in winter time. Other things is ok.

Good location in the busy Old Town of Mostar but close to the entrance so that you don't have to lug you bags through the crowds. Staff were very accommodating, especially when we had to depart early in the morning. Breakfast was a large spread of different foods and like a personal buffet. Very delicious. Only small complaint we had was that the room had a slanted ceiling that was very low on one side of the room and limited the actual space in the room.

The breakfast is awesome. I stayed two nights, but I only had one day breakfast because the next day I had to leave early, no price deduction. Location is just right in the old town. I carried a heavy luggage to walk through uneven road (the old bridge), it was nightmare. Suggestion, you can use the opposite direction. Maybe low season, many shops are closed. It's a little smaller than expected, but it's okay. It has a small balcony. I have to praise the breakfast. It's like a Turkish breakfast. There are bottles and cans on the table. It feels like I've eaten 6 eggs, which is very rich.

The breakfast is rich and the location is excellent. It is in the old town, but you don't have to walk for a long time. You can reach it by walking a few steps from the parking place. We lived on the third floor and there was no elevator, but the hotel service guy helped with the luggage and solved practical difficulties. It's just that the third-floor room is the top floor, and the roof is sloping, so it's easy to hit your head and feel a little uncomfortable. The front desk service is enthusiastic and can help call a taxi to the scenic spots and bus stations, which can provide a lot of help.

The hotel is not far from the ancient bridge. There is a stone in the corner of the bridge on the right, with the words "DONT FORGET 93" engraved in English on it. Walking on the streets paved with cobblestones, you will hear the high-pitched chanting of mosques and the ringing of church bells... The room is relatively small! Although breakfast is rich, it is very slow😆Be patient and wait❤️

It was a better experience. I booked a room for myself and another room for a friend. My friend’s single room was in the building opposite, and I could see the street from above! Breakfast is worth trying, there is a sign at the door! If someone doesn't stay at the hotel but comes to enjoy breakfast, it must be a special feature!

The location of the hotel is great, in the very center, breakfast surprised everyone, the service is excellent. The hotel itself is simple, but the price-quality is high. For a couple of nights, that's what you need. The only minus is the problem with hot water, in our room there was some kind of failure and it disappeared (N106)

This hotel is really great. I was originally worried about safety after seeing reviews about Mostar online, but the staff at this hotel were very enthusiastic. They gave detailed introductions when checking in, gave local maps, and gave away two mobile phones. The card can access the Internet. The breakfast provided in our room was very rich and had many varieties. Our next stop was Montenegro, and the hotel staff also helped print invitations. We stayed for two days and had dinner here on the second day. We thought the beef burger was a hamburger, but it turned out that there was cheese in the middle of the beef. We accidentally ordered the wrong one, but it was really delicious. The pasta is also good, and the local specialty of meat wrapped in grape leaves is also good, but the French fries are a bit salty, which is different from those in China. The sanitary conditions of the hotel are also good, the sheets and bathroom are good. The only shortcoming is the electric water heater. Because it is a water storage type, the water capacity is limited and needs to be washed as soon as possible. However, this small flaw is completely acceptable. The location is also good, it is very convenient to go directly to the old town. Oh, by the way, we went to take the bus the next day, because we took a taxi before we got off the train and came to the hotel. It cost 5 euros. I thought it was a bit expensive. I asked the service staff and they said that we could call a taxi, which cost about six or seven marks. We were worried about finding the wrong bus station, but the service staff said they would call it for us. During breakfast the next day, they asked about the time, made a reservation for the bus in advance, and helped us put our luggage on the bus, which was really considerate. Really, if I have the chance to go next time, I will definitely stay here again. Finally, the service staff in this store are all very good-looking. It’s a pity that I forgot to take photos with them.

It is located at the entrance of Old Town, so it is in a good location. It is about a 5-minute walk to Stari Most. It is located next to a restaurant, so it is a bit difficult to find the entrance.
