Novotel Almaty City Center

Hotel in downtown. Cable car To go up to little mountain is 50m away. Good restaurants in the top Inzhu. Close French restaurant call “ Benoit “ with incredible wines ! Novotel hotel airport service was unfortunately not a good experience at all.he came very late and the car inside smell smoking. They waived the fee and gave 10% discount voucher on restaurant bill. Good room for improvement in customer service from hospitality manager. Even with my official complain by email, they did not responded until I came to the front desk and ask to speak with a manager. Good breakfast.

Excellent. Room is spacious and well-kept as is all at the hotel. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is quite solid with plenty of fruits available as well as a decent selection of different types of dairy products, cold cuts, two types of raw fish, salad vegetables, sweets and usual ( mixing in a few more local delicacies would make it excellent). Pool, while not the biggest one, is well kept and the environment is very pleasant. Location is central.

I was amazed by the personnel and the care they provided to us. The overall exp is far better than from any 5* hotel of the UK.

Lovely stay at this clean, conveniently located hotel right near Hakata train station. The staff were friendly and helpful and it’s a great location to use as a base for walking the city or using public transport

Breakfast was not good. Recommend hotel review the food options for all meals as dinner was not good the previous time we stayed. Hotel was clean, great location and friendly staff.

We stayed for three nights in the hotel and I want to stress two things: The staff and the breakfast. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was great and we can strongly recommend the hotel. Vita
