Hotel location and buffet breakfast is consider perfect for me, we went to green brazar for buying Somsa is around T400/pc. The local Rakhat Lotte Chocolate factory is nearby and we bought lots of chocolate especially dark chocolate of 70% or 80%(1Kg) is around T11K, The big shop will be very croweded in the afternoon, so went to the small store which mostly local people buying from. The small store is we show them the item that we want and qty and they will charged us according which different from the big store, we did not count at the shop, so we being charged more and getting less pcs that we ordered.
We book a private day tour last minute when we reach the Hotel for second day to Kolsay Lake, Charyn/Moon/Black Canyon cost us USD200. Kolsay super cool at the end of November, temperature through mobile phone show 13 degree, but me real feel like 3 degree. Strong wind make it feel freezing. Try not to stay too late at Kolsay Lake, as we left Kolsay lake around 4pm, reach Hotel almost 8pm. Driver will stop by for toilet break, its clean and free at the petro station.

Reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived hotel in early morning, as soon as someone checked out Alis made that room available to us, we paid half day rate moved in, it was a big help for us after more than 24 hrs in the air or airport. During the waiting time Emmanuel "entertained" us, introduced surrounding attractions, we felt warmly welcomed, very much enjoyed the talking. Hotel is in the excellent location, many eating options nearby. Strongly recommended and many thanks to Emmanuel and Alis.

The hotel room is huge for a family of 3. The location is great near the restaurants also walking distance to the green bazaar market and sightseeing.

Walking distance from the main shopping street with indoor swimming, sauna and steam room facilities. Unfortunately the gym equipment is not working so you can only use the treadmill and dumbells for weights.
