Good place for Chinese travellers. Walkable distance to major attractions (e.g. Green Bazaar etc) They also have a restaurant that serves Chinese lunch and dinner.

Small China in Almaty. Staff speak everybody here from China. Breakfest only Chinese. If u wanna find a food, need go tp breakfest atleast 1 hour before breakfest close. Otherway u will find here only rice )))

I don’t know…we arrived in our room and there was a pile of screws on the floor that just fell out of the wall from construction. Room smelled a little smokey. It was relatively clean but not comfortable. Closet door was falling off the hinge.

The hotel service attitude is good, the room is relatively large, with heating, air conditioning, slippers, smoking is allowed, and the breakfast is Chinese style. The quantity and variety are not many, but it is enough to eat. Because it is booked for three days, early and late check-out is possible.

I went there for the Chinese hotel and Chinese breakfast, but I was disappointed. The hotel is in an inconspicuous place. The taxi drove us to the side door. Later I found out that the main door was on the other side, and it was a small iron door. It looked a bit like a prison gate. The Xinjiang lady at the front desk was a cold beauty. She spoke in a businesslike tone. As a service practitioner, you still need to have some art of speaking. After experiencing the service of the motherland, I am really a little uncomfortable. (I didn’t want to be a boss.) We booked a wooden house. It said that it was renovated in 2024, so there was still a smell of paint. The room was very simple and the air conditioner was very loud. It must be turned off when sleeping, otherwise you can’t sleep. The bathroom is even more shabby. It feels like the boss has reduced all costs to the lowest possible level. The most annoying thing is that when taking a shower, the water in the shower room immediately overflows outside. After taking a shower, you have to wade in the water and step in it. The water may not leak out until a night has passed. The shower curtain is also hard to describe. It is useless and looks very dirty. I hope the boss can improve the bathroom. It is too difficult for us tourists. The breakfast was also very disappointing. There were not many stir-fried dishes. They were placed in a stainless steel basin and were almost cold. The millet porridge was quite hot. In the cold weather, I could only rely on this bowl of millet porridge with warm buns and cold dishes. Anyway, it was enough to fill my stomach. The only thing I was satisfied with was that the bed and quilt were quite comfortable, and the room was quiet. I finally slept well that night.

The hotel is run by Chinese people, and the breakfast includes eggs, rice dumplings, etc., which are enough to fill you up, and there are also fried seasonal vegetables. You can also order dumplings and stir-fried dishes, which is very convenient and the price is reasonable.

Generally speaking, it's good, there is Chinese food, the front desk can speak Chinese, the room is relatively quiet, and it's clean overall. But there is a water leak in some parts of the room, and there is a Chinese adapter but a Kazakh hair dryer.

Compared with other hotels in Almaty at this price on Ctrip, it is already very good. The only missing facility is the dry and wet separation, which is separated by a curtain, which is not very accustomed to.

The Chinese Hotel in Almaty, because I was going to Uzbekistan, I stayed in Almaty for a day. Although it was booked at short notice, the hotel was very good, the breakfast was especially good, the Chinese food, the boss was very nice, took me to the room and everything was arranged very well. Highly recommended.
