衞生: 不論是酒店整體還是床鋪衞生都保持的比較nice，唯一美中不足的就是大廳（公用空間）因為使用人數較多，較為骯臟
環境: 周遭不僅有車站，還有散步的湖泊&公園，超市等，十分便利
服務: 工作人員的服務態度較為一般（低於國內服務水平）
設施: 作為青旅來説各設施應有盡有，可以滿足住宿需求
最後，入住中國人非常多，非常吵鬧（半夜還在大聲講話和打電話等）！真的超級無語！！！！

青旅離阿拉木圖汽車站很近，如果需要往來中國很方便。不過單間內沒有洗手間，需要去大廳裏的公共浴室和洗手間，也算是青旅的一個特色吧

I stayed there for a few days. The Russian woman at the front desk had a very bad attitude, but everyone else was very nice! The kitchen doesn't allow open-fire cooking, only a microwave. The showers at the hostel were excellent, which was probably another highlight besides the location.

It would be much better if the girls' room door had a password lock and updated regularly. I woke up at night to find the dormitory door wide open (perhaps due to the personal behavior of other guests), which made me feel very unsafe. The good thing is that it is very close to the bus station, which is suitable for bus transit. The lake across the street is very beautiful.

They won't warn you when you enter the store, but if they see you drinking or smoking, they will threaten you to call the police and fine you 10,000 tenge. In the end, they gave the woman of some ethnicity 5,000 tenge privately and that was it. Be careful when you check in.
