"Convenient transportation, nice view outside the window. Unfortunately, I repeatedly emphasized the need for a quiet room before check-in, but in the last two days, I was inexplicably disturbed by heavy footsteps and couldn't fall asleep. It might be the guest upstairs, the wall resonance, or the elevator running. In short, I hope the hotel will seriously investigate the cause. After all, *20 is the largest and should be the better room in the hotel. In addition, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes in May, the tabletop is seriously damaged, and the floor is wet after taking a shower, which is easy to slip. The guest's check-in experience is still the most important, and I hope the hotel can pay attention to improvement."

"Very clean hostel with modern facilities. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the city while waiting for check-in, and similarly, when we checked out, they allowed us to leave our luggage so we could go for a walk and then return for it later. 10/10"

The breakfast was good, and the location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk from both the coast and the historic center. The only downsides were that the sink and shower drains were clogged throughout our stay, and towel changes cost €4 per person. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the warm hospitality."

"We stayed for a week. The hotel is very beautiful, the old cloister where breakfast is served is magnificent. The staff is lovely, and the breakfast is varied. The only downside was the room, which was austere, fitting the style and not suited to modern amenities, but the fixtures (faucets, tiles, paint) were in poor condition. I would recommend a room on the second floor because ours overlooked the walkway, so the shutters were always closed and you never saw any daylight. Also, if people smoked on the walkway, your room smelled of tobacco. The location, however, is fantastic. Overall, a rather positive experience thanks to the kindness of the staff."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Las Tronas. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views and really nice indoor and outdoor pools. The pictures do not do it justice. the staff was so pleasant and helpful and really made the experience a great one. Paola, Aldo, and Ricardo especially went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us book a same day reservation at a Michelin star agroturismo restaurant. Overall, our stay was really memorable and we’d definitely love to come back."

"The sea view is really great. The sister at the front desk also helped us upgrade the room type for free. The pool view is also very pleasant. You can sunbathe on the lounge chairs all day. However, the pool is a little dirty. The restaurant tastes ok and the price is basically the same as that of local restaurants. It's just that the room facilities are a bit old. It doesn't look like a five-star hotel of this era. It may also be a common problem of southern European hotels."

"Where do I start, I booked a two bedroom apartment for myself and family. When we arrived at the hotel I was told they don’t have any two bedroom apartments! When we got to the room all I can say is that it was filthy. A kitchen that had a sink microwave, hob and fridge no tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower was full of grime and the first day we got there my family member got into the shower and it broke and fell on them. Every time we have a shower the shower head didn’t fit in the holder so it was would swing around the shower, also every time we had shower it was soak the whole bathroom. The mattress are only fit for the skip they were appalling. Our room wasn’t cleaned any day. The bed linen wasn’t changed at all thought the 7 nights stay. The cleaner barely empty the bins and gave us fresh towels. We had to go to the super market to get our own cleaning products to wash the dishes there wasn’t even a cloth or tea towel! I could continue with the review but I think should be enough to deter people from booking this hotel! It’s supposedly a four star it’s not even a two star! Horrible experience after saving hard to book this holiday!!"

"Old and dirty ! At the arrival no one was at reception for wile after pressing the bell for several time ! We got given a room that we had to ask to change it for another room as it wasn't clean ! Hair , spider web and descanting toilets ! My fiancé was terrified ! The replacing room was about the same ! I don't know what does the cleaner do ! A glass was broken in the balcony the day we arrived and was still there the day we left ! I won't recommend this hole to no one !"

"Spent 2 nights and received a warm welcome. Service was excellent, though only two shampoos were provided unless requested. The breakfast was superb and delicious. The pool was great, opening at 9 am, and it was always clean, calm, and tranquil. However, mobile reception in the room was very poor, with even 5G and WiFi struggling to connect. The only downside is the lack of an on-site bar or restaurant, so having a car is necessary to stock up on drinks and food from nearby locations."

"The room was ok, the location was good however we believed we had reserved a car park according to our reservation details. When we arrived there was no parking available. When we challenged this we were told someone must have made the booking for us which was both irrelevant and incorrect. It took over an hour to find a car park. We would not have booked this hotel had we known there was no carpark option. We also heard other patrons complaining about not having a carpark when they thought they did complaining about the same problem. We feel we were misled."

"Only one night. The location is excellent, and parking is easily found nearby. Check-in is very slow, and the process seems to vary depending on who's on duty at the front desk. The room is basic and rather dated: there's only one outlet in the entire room for charging phones, plus one in the bathroom. The property could use some serious maintenance. Sheets and towels are changed every three days, justified on grounds of environmental sustainability, but the bathrooms are full of disposable plastic cups. The drains are clogged, there's a musty smell, cobwebs, and dirt in the corners. The breakfast is definitely not worth the €10-12 charge (the price varies depending on the payment method): both the cakes and the cured meats taste stale. It's okay for one night, but no more."

"Close to Alghero but in a calm, rural location. Not everything needs to be fast paced. The lovely setting provided an afternoon of relaxation around the pool after a busy touristy day. The receptionist was amazing (personality & linguistically). The room was not exactly what we had picked but was clean and comfortable for the night. (Management did their best but it was a website booking problem - not to be held against this establishment.) Their onsite restaurant was great for both supper and breakfast. Definitely a place to go again."
