Upon Vila - Alcochete Hotel Reviews

Stayed at upon vila for 4 nights. First impressions were very good starting with the location which faces the Targus river and a short drive to several restaurants on the sea front. My room was quite big and had several seats and a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. A complimentary bottle of water and some cookies were also waiting in my room. Breakfast times were from 8am - 11am which is great for late risers. First impressions on breakfast was disappointing. They had a few cereals limited fruit and pastries. They only had eggs and bacon for the cooked breakfast and on another day mushrooms. Also the same items were served over the 4 days. It would have been better to vary the menu each day. Overall a pleasant stay but disappointed with breakfast choices.

The location of the hotel is easy to find.  There are lots of free parking space outside the hotel.  If you would like to park at the hotel, it is 5 euro per day.   The rooftop bar is closed on Mondays to Thursdays.  When it is closed, the guests have no access to the rooftop.  I think such arrangement should be improved by granting access to the rooftop even when the bar is closed.

Very nice hotel, loved the whole experience

The hotel was really awesome. The rooms are super cozy. We loved the view over the Lisbon bay area from our balcony. The hotel has a small roof top pool which is stunning. There are towels provided for the pool. Also the breakfast was very tasty and of high standard. Parking was available for free directly opposite the hotel. Thanks for that pleasant stay.

The best hotel I've ever been to!! Super clean, attentive staff and fantastic facilities! And they even surprised me with two slices of cake because it was my birthday. The pool is fantastic, the water is warm and we don't need a swimming cap.

Hotel like new. I traveled with a baby, and they promptly provided a crib, chair, utensils for meals and other treats. The pool has a great view and is quite nice. I recommend it!!

The hotel environment and service are excellent. It is close to the sea. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop. The top floor of the fifth floor is a restaurant and leisure area. It is a very good place. It is very convenient to take a walk on the beach.
