The service attitude of the hotel counter staff is very good; the interior of the hotel is clean, but the lights in the room are a bit dim and the air conditioner operates loudly. The breakfast pattern is fixed every day.

We went to spend a night and we liked it a lot. It is in Alcobendas, which, although it is a little far from the center, is very close to the airport, which is appreciated. Very good service, comfortable services and they left us details in the room. I recommend it.

I stayed to spend the night and go to the airport the next day. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The reception service was spectacular and the breakfast was very complete.

Ich habe kürzlich im Holiday Inn Express Madrid - Alcobendas übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Lage: Das Hotel liegt in einem ruhigen Geschäftsviertel von Alcobendas, etwa 15–20 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Madrid-Barajas entfernt. Ideal für Geschäftsreisende oder für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp. In der Nähe gibt es zwar ein Shopping Zenter, aber spanische Restaurants sucht man vergebens, wobei man für das Stadtzentrum von Madrid definitiv ein Auto oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel braucht. Zimmer: Die Zimmer waren sauber, funktional und normal ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer modern und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie absolut zufriedenstellend. Service: Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Frühstück: Das inbegriffene Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend – kontinentales Buffet mit verschiedenen Brotsorten, Aufschnitt, Joghurt, Müsli, Kaffee, Tee usw. Fazit: Ein solides, sauberes und gut organisiertes Hotel mit normalen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Perfekt für Geschäftsreisen oder Kurzaufenthalte in der Nähe vom Flughafen Madrid.
