It was good ! Clean rooms, nice pool view. Nicely located near the beach. I was super surprised to find a huge food market full of great options! The Food village was the highlight. Don’t rely on the breakfast at the hotel if you’re a foodie! It was pretty simple and had not many options. The staff was responsive and kind! The worst part was the clubs that were playing music till 4am! I couldn’t sleep. I had no idea but upon check in the receptionist told me that. I didn’t imagine it that bad.

Very nice hotel. I was looking for something close to the sea and with a nice swimming pool and I found it in this hotel. People is very helpful and friendly. Very happy with my stay.

We visited in 1 November, so most of the amenities were out of service as it is a summer destination. Disappointed by the lack of almost everything, nothing on the beach, few sunbeds, 1 bathroom towel for 2 persons... Deserted

Very average, old facilities, lack of maintenance, poor front desk service, broken bathroom window can't be closed, poor air conditioning, balcony partition wall is broken, neighbors can come in...

Beautiful hotel immersed in the wonderful nature and crystalline beaches beautiful luxury resort with wonderful panorama and classy and luxurious place kind and prepared staff

simply too loud, you simply can't sleep, other guests or employees wander around all night, breakfast is a joke!

Good experience

The cleanliness was bad. There is no service. The food is very bad. I do not want to visit this hotel again.

The following are real pictures and videos taken by me when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 109 that day. Hotel location: Tunisia has inconvenient transportation. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. See pictures of bedding and linens. No disposable slippers provided. Room facilities: There is a hairdryer. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is a bathtub. Breakfast: It is self-service to look at the pictures by yourself. It's the off-season, so there aren't many people, so there isn't much variety. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

The stay went well. With the arrival of the new owner, prices increased. Breakfast should be avoided.
