Hotel Port Plaza Chiba Reviews

Location is prime, breakfast standard, room is comfortable for solo traveller.

Check out time is early and check in time is late.

The room size is sufficient and the environment is peaceful.

It was clean and I had a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also of sufficient size. The view after waking up was also nice.

⭕️The location is very, very convenient. One hundred meters from the door of the hotel is the elevator leading to Chiba Port (Chiba Minako, where you can take JR and Chiba Skytrain). It only takes half an hour to go to Tokyo Disney’s Maihama Station, and it only takes ten minutes by train to go shopping at the Kaihama Makuhari outlet and JR Chiba Station. ⚠ The facilities in the Japanese-style room are old and have the style of the Showa era. However, the Japanese-style room is very fresh for the children. They have floor beds so they don’t have to worry about rolling out of bed. ️❌ Cockroaches appeared at the entrance. When I complained to the front desk, they only apologized and received no compensation at all.

The room was spacious, not dusty, clean and comfortable. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The staff is very enthusiastic

A typical Japanese small room, but the bathroom experience is still very good. A little older, but very clean. It's very convenient to take the Keiyo Line right out of the gate. I highly recommend it when going to Makuhari Beach and other places. It's very cost-effective.

Although the room looks a bit old, it is quite big and close to the subway, JR and urban rail. Just cross the street. The automatic door of the lobby will be closed at night, so just go through the side door.

This time, I used it to participate in Rockin'. I decided to use the hotel because it was near the station, one station before the venue. The room was very clean and the bathroom was larger than I expected and easy to use.

The hotel location and service are great.

It was good that the customer service at the reception was very pleasant. I was worried that the bed would be small, but it wasn't so bad and we were able to sleep comfortably. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
