Very good experience for stay at this holtel: comfortable and nice.

Not sure if I expected too much but here are my concerns: 1. Our booked non smoking room smelled like a smoking room. 2. The free breakfast was just cereals, pancakes, and oatmeal. There are also coffee and orange juice. No fruits nor eggs. I asked the front desk about it and they said that is all they have. The problem is, I booked the hotel also because it included a free breakfast. Everything else worked. (Shower r, aircon, etc.)

Stayed here for Solar Eclipse. Nice enough hotel, staff very attentive. Breakfast good, breads, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, juice, and cereal. Fresh fruit consisted of mandrin oranges and apples. We spent over $600 for our 2 night stay; very high for the type of hotel but it was one of the least expensive for this event. We would have no problem staying there again if needed and if the cost is way less.

Nice clean place to sleep overnight. Do not expect spotless room but clean enough to take a shower and sleep. Comfy bed and pillows, had very good sleep. 15 minutes to the airport.

Good value forbthe money paid. Super 8s are getting better

Rude front desk and stereotype

The hygiene is very average, the sheets are not clean and the historical dirt is very noticeable. Not to mention the old age, there is no basic coffee machine in the room. The attitude of the waiters is acceptable, but the biggest drawback is the breakfast. There are so many people. When we came down at 8 o'clock, the milk we ordered was not available. When we asked the staff, they said it was not available. It was reasonable. . Don’t you know how many guests will be dining the next day? There was only hot water in the coffee machine, and all the diners lined up to make waffles. At 8:37, the syrup and cereal were put away (because there was no milk, and even the cereal was not allowed to be eaten? I don’t understand). There was only one toaster and the queue was long. We've been here for almost an hour and haven't finished eating yet. The experience was terrible, I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Wyndham beds are always very comfortable and provide a great night's sleep. The front desk staff are consistently welcoming and professional, and my room was clean and comfortable with amenities stocked. The rooms aren't soundproof but the hotel is quiet and peaceful through the night - I slept soundly. The breakfast room was well stocked at 8:30am. No coffee maker in the room, but coffee is available 24/7 in the breakfast room. This is a great and affordable option. I have now stayed here twice when in the area for college events and it has totally met my needs on both occasions. I will confidently stay here again.

Multiple things should and could have been handled better. 1) I reported the sink was clogged badly, to when you ran the water to brush your teeth the water just pooled in the basin for hours until it drained. Nobody came to fix it. 2) The soap and shampoo in the bathroom/tub area was empty. They are attached to the wall so they were never refilled. 3) Housekeeping never came at all, even after being requested twice. No clean towels, no trash emptied, also the clean was not completely clean because old hairs were inside the room and restroom area. 4) The breakfast area was very unclean with wasted food left on the countertops and the juice machine was broken.

This is a good hotel. It’s quiet rooms are clean not too much more you can ask for. The front desk check us in at a reasonable time. Housekeeping was on top of things. It’s a good hotel for the money conveniently located near 390 which will take you to the Thruway or the 490 to Rochester

This is a budget hotel, so my expectations were moderate. I’ve stayed here a number of times before and everything was adequate however my last stay was unacceptable. The hotel is showing definite signs of wear and tear and the room I was given was not in good shape. There was a hole in the bathroom wall, the flooring was coming apart, the air conditioner was broken but what put me over the top was the lack of cleanliness. At first glance things were ok, but when my wife and I got ready for bed the sheets were dirty. The bed had been made as if the linens had been changed but there were numerous smudges of dirt or grease. It wasn’t stains that had come through the wash, it had plainly not been made with clean sheets. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk I met another guest there whose room was similarly dirty. We were told that our options were to wait until the next worker came in at 11 pm or to go to the basement ourselves and get clean linens. Also as a safety issue there was no battery in the smoke detector! The overall cleanliness of the hotel has gone down hill. While I do like a value I won’t be staying here again.
