The front desk service is very good, the hotel is relatively clean, it is a good choice for business trips, and the breakfast is also quite rich.

The front desk service was great, especially the uncle. Seeing us sweating profusely, he gave us a cool wet tissue and a glass of orange juice, which was very comfortable and refreshing. Breakfast was great, lots of food.

I stay in this hotel every time I go to Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Excellent hotel located centrally. The staff is courteous and the service is good. Rooms are large with a living room and office table. The hotel is not very large but nice and cozy.

Funniest shower ever ! Shower door opens inside the cabin leaving almost no place to get in This is an insult for overweight people There were no tables at the time of the breakfast. I had to wait for a customer to finalize his dinner It took 10 minutes for the reception to print an invoice

I know this sector is the most challenging. But still I have come here to make the dream come true. As if using my career , growth opportunities to harness my talents and skills to build a long-term career in the apparel sector using the best possible ways to achieve company goals, to solve problems in the most difficult positions in a creative way

I stayed briefly in this hotel for business. I found it to be an excellent hotel with fairly good value for money when compared with similar hotels in the area. The room was spacious, clean, and super quiet, which was great for sleep quality. I found the buffet breakfast to be excellent. When I travel in this region I prefer to take the local, traditional offerings. In my experience it is difficult to make traditional breakfasts "amazing", but this hotel managed to do just that. The breakfast has so many delicious little extras. The hummus and mutabal were outstanding, but the best item was the makdous. Delicious! One of the restaurant staff, Ashok, also intuitively knew how to make diners feel welcome. Great customer orientation. Overall a great experience for a short stay.

During our vist in the hotel with my husband was fantastic. We had a relaxing afternoon coffee time at twist inside the hotel. All the crew is very accomodating and very helpful. They intertain as very well during our short visit in the hotel. Overall it wasamazing.

Very comfortable pillows & bed , well cleaned room & great location's and professional & friendly stay , very delicious food and barbecue night , highly recommended for everyone, everyone can try barbecue night on Monday and sea food night on Wednesday

The staff here are awesome. I have been coming here for the last four years on business and I’ve never ever had a bad time All the staff are courteous and professional EG: today the room was tidied by Borhan and like his colleagues in reception, front desk, F&B, and all the managers he was polite, professional and diligent in his work Can’t say enough god about this hotel

One of the best hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at worldwide. I was conducting a training program in this hotel and the staff and hotel accommodation are first class and I would recommend staying at this establishment. May I also make a shout out for the following staff at this hotel who went above and beyond there service and are very value add staff to this establishment:- Reception - Hadeel Coffee Shop waiters - Grabrial and Isman who looked after me during my stay and finally a very special shout out to Rahoof who at all times was courteous and a very busy member of staff. Once again thank you and I look forward to staying with you again in the not too distant future.

The room itself was undeniably impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, it provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. However, my enthusiasm was dampened upon encountering an unpleasant odor in the bathroom, which detracted from the overall experience. Moving on to dining, the restaurant experience was decent but not outstanding. While the food was satisfactory, it didn't quite meet the high expectations one would associate with the InterContinental brand. The culinary offerings lacked the wow factor that sets top-tier hotels apart. Unfortunately, the disappointment didn't end there. I found the service at the reception to be subpar, particularly from Ahmed. Not as helpful or accommodating as one would expect from staff at a renowned hotel chain, his demeanor left much to be desired. Additionally, I was puzzled by the hotel's policy of splitting the rooms and restricting access to certain facilities. It seemed unnecessary and inconvenient to limit guests to using only the gym in their building, especially considering the amenities available in other parts of the hotel.
