Great

The decor is a bit strange, with kissing statues everywhere. The bed is huge. No blackout curtains, but it's good for early mornings in a small town. It has a terrace with a view of the sea.
It's located on the slopes on the central train side.

Very convenient, right opposite the train station, stylish design. Spacious. Small kitchen.
Minus - no kettle. The linen had also seen some use, and was either not washed (there was a yellow dried stain on the duvet cover) or washed poorly, plus pellets

The hotel is about 25 minutes' walk from the Bridge of Sighs. It is close to the airport (very close to the airport water bus, about 5 minutes' walk) and the train station (within walking distance to the train station). The hotel is simple and generous, close to the river, and very quiet.

Exclusive is a small Agrigento hotel with only three rooms per floor. Location is nice - right beside the train station which is at the edge of the main commercial street Atenea. It was unfortunate that at the time we were there, the road was being redone so guests had to take a roundabout way to get to the hotel entrance and then back up again. The reception manager was a very accommodating chap; we asked for hot water and he personally brought two cups and a hot water pitcher so we could have our tea. The room is decently sized although oddly shaped. The work desk was in a corner and curved from one side to the other. The T&B was at the far end of the room. What caught our eye was the artwork that decorated the T&B door, the foyer, and the space above the headboard - it was modern, very thematic, and quite pleasing to look at. There were enough electric outlets for our devices, thank goodness - we had missed that in our previous hotels. The TV was a disappointment - it was so small compared to the wall space - and there were no English channels at all. We missed having a coffee machine, or at least a hot water kettle. But the reception manager's quick service made up for it. Breakfast was on the ground floor and there were only 6 tables. It was rather forgettable - they only served the basics. No hot food of any kind (hotdogs, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, etc.), only cold cuts of meats and cheeses. The reception manager was also the one bringing the coffee. There were several steps to the small lobby - pity you if you had heavy luggage to lug up.

Stayed with 2 kids. We were booked for 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment located next to main hotel and steps away from the center of the town. The apartment was modern , huge with an amazing view of valley of the temples from a Private massive balcony. The gentleman at the front desk was great as well. Parking right down the street is 15 euros a day.

Very clean decent room with good bed and bathroom. Nice continental breakfast. Parking across the road in the station car park is 15Euro for 24 hours. Everything works - wifi etc. Just on the outskirts of town. Helpful staff. Just a bed an breakfast place but very nice.

Hotel is situated in the best location, right across from the train station where parking is a available for £15 a day which is worth it. Rooms good size, wonderful bathroom, good water pressure, comfy bed, safe and bar fridge. Breakfast was extremely wonderful something for all tastes. Location is superb very close to old town bars and restaurants. We found the gentlemen on reception went way beyond helpful with advice, directions and requests. Thoroughly recommend.

The man at reception was helpful from the minute we arrived. Whether this was regarding where to park our car or accommodating changes to our plans, he was simply friendly and helpful throughout. It was a pleasure to stay there

We were a bit surprised to find that we were not actually booked in the hotel itself?? The porter took us 300 m up the hill to a block of units. It was a large room with a balcony, a kitchen and a large bathroom with a bath. No breakfast included. It was clean and tidy
Response from Property: In addition to having the rooms, the hotel also has annexes which are about 80 meters (not 300 meters) from the main building, your reservation was for an annex, not a room in the hotel, and you booked without breakfast, if you preferred to have you could simply book a room in a hotel, unfortunately on your arrival we did not have any rooms available because we were fully booked and we could not satisfy you when you requested to change the booking

Bad Luck. We read that it was a hotel with modern, spacious rooms. Well, we must have been unlucky because ours wasn't spacious or modern, a bit worn, although the bed was very comfortable. We also read that it was a quiet place. Well, we must have been unlucky because we were above the reception and breakfast area. By 7 a.m., there was no one sleeping. It's also true that many guests forget that a hotel is a place of rest and lack the minimum standards of conviviality. The only thing we read that we agreed on was that the people were very nice and that it was centrally located.

The location is great, right in the city center. There's a train station parking lot across the street, which is its saving grace. There's barely any room to unload luggage. It's very small, the breakfast is okay, and the staff is friendly. The worst part is that our bathroom smelled strongly of sewage.

It is a small 4-star hotel with 7 suites, very clean, comfortable and with exclusive service. Located 50 meters from the historic and commercial center, it is very quiet despite the proximity of the area. The breakfast is very good and varied, making us feel at home.

Elegant, clean and equipped with every comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Reflects the declared category. Close to the station and the center of Agrigento, as well as 5 minutes from the Valley of the Temples. Highly recommended

Small structure, very convenient in the center and practically "inside" the train station which however does not cause any disturbance and offers paid parking which is unfortunately not available inside the hotel (but free parking nearby). Quiet and safe area, even if a little difficult to reach the first time, arriving from Palermo in the evening, due to the somewhat tortuous streets that even made the navigator "drunk". Small but delightful and functional room, small balcony with sea view (in the distance) and perfect bathroom. Breakfast not huge, but still satisfying and varied, sweet and savory (only note: I would also cover the fruit in syrup with glass bells). Price normal. The hotel has a terrace which in summer must certainly be a pleasant place to relax in the evening. Finally, but to be underlined with determination, the sublime courtesy of the staff: kind, courteous and ready for every request. In particular Mr. Daniel, who we met most often, always smiling and polite. I would stay here again without a doubt.
