Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino Reviews

This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.

Good hotel facing Nile river with convenience stalls and restaurants within 5mins walking distance. In house restaurants are reasonably priced too. Massage in house can be improved as not quite up to standard. Very good gym - commercial standard. Swimming pool though not big but functional and heated during winter. Rooms well maintained - stayed premium room with balcony facing Nile river.

The bathroom details need to be addressed, but the beds are clean. The staff is very good and friendly. The environment is safe, the location is okay, and it’s best to take a taxi when going out. Use Uber. The breakfast is also good.

The hotel was not the cleanest , did not have basic necessities such robes etc

all the stuffs are warm and patient, the scene of Nile River is very nice

It was very lovely experience all the staff especial Salma, Om Ahmad and Ziyad so friendly and kind, also the hotel have a lot of activities and the location so good.. Sure will be there another visit

A beautiful stay

There are a lot of five-star hotels in Cairo, but I still carefully read the reviews and chose Sheraton. Especially the sea view room, the unexpected high view, waking up by the Nile, it's worth the trip.

The location is good; close to the river; the room settings are just average; the room rates are so expensive there; 2,000 is really not worth it; it is incomparable to the ones in China; it may be because of the casino

Facilities: Overall relatively new Hygiene: The lobby and the room have a pungent smell of paint, which is a bit unacceptable Environment: It is OK by the Nile River Service: There are a lot of things to eat for dinner, but not much to eat

The room is clean and hygienic, and the facilities are in place. The food is also good. The highlight is that the room has a beautiful view of the Nile River. Although there are occasional noises and smells from the decorations in other rooms, it is still acceptable. The overall security is reliable. I recommend it to everyone.

You must book here. The perfect decision for this trip is to stay at Sheraton. The staff is very friendly. I was a little uncomfortable with the local climate these two days, and I had a great rest in the hotel.
