Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff, rooms are immaculately clean. Restaurants are among the best I’ve ever eaten in. It was my birthday during my stay and they even delivered a birthday cake to my room. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. His was my view from a Nile River Room with king bed and balcony

I am convinced back in the 80's, this hotel was considered to be the height of luxury. In 2025, most people would disagree. It's a good 45-minute walk to the main centre whilst other similar classes of hotels like Semiramis were much closer. Staff were polite, but the service was poor. The waiting time at checkin exceeded 40 minutes. It was noticeable that there were more staff on the other side of the counter, apologiesing to customers than actual check staff. The rooms were clean, but the design was old-fashioned. Large room but very small toilet lacking space to put things out. The hotel has two in-house restaurants, both were grossly overpriced, and the food was unremarkable. The gym was huge and well equipped, but I failed to understand why anyone wanted to stay in a hotel for a serious workout. The things that mattered, such as jukuzi and sauna, were tiny and dirty. The outdoor pool was more like a paddle pool. Overall, there are much better hotels available at a similar price point.

This was a GREAT place to vacation in Cairo. The location was on the river in view of pyramids from our balcony. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived HOURS before check-in and they just went ahead and gave us a room. I was shocked! I will def. be staying here again in the future. I have no complaints, no suggestions for improvement. Everything was beyond my expectation.

Good hotel facing Nile river with convenience stalls and restaurants within 5mins walking distance. In house restaurants are reasonably priced too. Massage in house can be improved as not quite up to standard. Very good gym - commercial standard. Swimming pool though not big but functional and heated during winter. Rooms well maintained - stayed premium room with balcony facing Nile river.

All good nice location . And excellent service

The bathroom details need to be addressed, but the beds are clean. The staff is very good and friendly. The environment is safe, the location is okay, and it’s best to take a taxi when going out. Use Uber. The breakfast is also good.

all the stuffs are warm and patient, the scene of Nile River is very nice

It was very lovely experience all the staff especial Salma, Om Ahmad and Ziyad so friendly and kind, also the hotel have a lot of activities and the location so good.. Sure will be there another visit
