Coral Villas la Quinta ★★★★
"The villa is beautifully situated, and upon arrival, someone was already waiting for us. The accommodation is clean and a generous welcome package was waiting for us (coffee, tea, beer, wine, and soft drinks). It's a large villa with a garage for 3 to 4 cars. Situated on a dead-end street, it's therefore quiet. On the first floor is a large living room with a matching TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a utility room with a washing machine. This floor also provides access to the garden with a swimming pool. Here you'll find 4 sun loungers and a dining table with 6 chairs. The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with a view of the volcano and a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and bidet. This also has a view of the volcano. The other two bedrooms are slightly smaller and each have a separate shower and toilet. The Wi-Fi has excellent signal and is fast. We communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. We had a broken outdoor light, and after reporting it through the app, it was fixed the next day. We were here in November, and around 5 p.m. the sun disappeared behind the hedge by the pool. We then moved to the second floor, where there are also garden chairs, and from there you can enjoy a beautiful sunset. We've seen quite a few houses, but this one is truly a gem."

Coral La Quinta Park Suites ★★★
"Its okey, the location is bad, sketchy area around, poor service at the hotel, nothing is included, very little information. But with that said, its a quiet and relaxing area, with nice rooms, little old. ill not come here again, its a no from me"
Vistamar ★★★★
"We found everything just as it was in the photos on the internet. The view of the Atlantic, Puerto de la Cruz, the Orotava Valley and Teide was magnificent. Our apartment was neat and clean. You live in a quiet cul-de-sac. A car is essential due to the location. The houses are in a subtropical garden that also has a well-kept pool. Maria manages the complex with enthusiasm and friendliness."
Coral La Quinta Park Suites ★★★★
"I have travelled a lot and La Quinta Park Suites is one of the most home cosy places I have ever been to! Their staff gives the best service and makes you feel welcome from the time you arrive until you leave. The location of La Quinta is perfect for people wanting peace and quiet at the same time having the need of activity and new experiences. The neighbourhood is mainly Spanish speaking and gives you the genuine Tenerife daily life experience. For the first time in my life I have been contacted personally by the hotel staff through WhatsApp communication. They sent personal messages several times during our stay asking how we were doing and if there was anything they could do for us. We felt like a part of the community and genuinely cared for. Can't praise the hotel staff enough for their outstanding service. As a "not typical charter tourist type" - meaning I like to make plans and decisions on my own when I travel with or without my kids - I got exactly the service I wanted. The reception came up with suggestions that suited our needs perfectly. The result was us exploring Tenerife by bus and car on our own, getting unique experiences. Car rental was extra easy since the hotel reception had a local connection with full service. It felt safe and exclusive as in luxurious. I travelled with my kids (11 and 13 years old). They got friends during our stay and the area felt safe and sound. The hotel apartments were of a perfect size, bright and cosy. Always clean and made us self sufficient with our own kitchen. Woke up every morning to a bird and owl song. The big balcony was perfect for breakfast and nearby you have a local store called Suma. Their staff is so nice as well so we felt like locals when shopping in their store. New baked goods every morning and generous opening hours. The outside area is beautiful and satisfies all our needs for swimming and sunbathing. It provides tranquility and recreation. I didn't have the chance to experience the SPA facilities but heard it was really good from other guests. I'm giving La Quinta Park my best recommendations"
El Refugio Apartments & Villa ★★★★
"We stayed at Apartment El Teide in April/May 2024. It's a very nice place to stay; we slept very well and the beds were comfortable. The separate dining room is charmingly furnished, and the bathroom is also impressively spacious. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need; only the worktop needs a little renovation, which I hear should be done soon ;) The refrigerator could also be a bit bigger. The terrace is fantastic—very large and leaves nothing to be desired. Guests can use the pool, but the sauna is truly wonderful. We were in it every other day. Klaus was a great host who gave us lots of helpful tips. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation."
Jardin de la Paz ★★★★
"Loved our stay at Casita Buena Vista, Jardin de la Paz! We don’t like big corporate, hotels, so the unique quaintness here suited us; peaceful, beautiful gardens and views! Buena Vista has a luxury, large bathroom! We loved the spa bath after our hikes, the overhead led star lights were sweet! You could indeed see stars from the bed, through the skylight!! And the house keeping staff, gardening, reception are all friendly and unobtrusive. The breakfast served for €18/20 was fabulous! Sit inside or outside with great sea views and also a view of Teide! Eggs (or bacon) cooked to your liking (I liked the omelette), a great choice of fruit, yoghurt, pastries, salads and canapé surprises. We also enjoyed our own breakfasts and some evening meals on our private terrace (with two sun beds, two chairs and table and sea view). We used the pools a few times - always had to ourselves- maybe because in January the water is colder, but once you’re in, it’s refreshing! The sunsets here are amazing. A couple of times we took a bottle of wine to the breakfast/dining area to watch the full sunset."
El Caletón ★★★
"Roy, the owner who lives in the same finca is a charm of person."
Willkommen im Paradies - Welcome in Paradise - Bienvenidos Al paraíso ★★★
"Suitable only for people with a car, hiking poles, rubber soled boots, high fitness levels, and heaps of time and patience. Whilst I was deluged with self promotional videos, directions to get to Mariposa Jardin were limited to -Catch the bus to Cruz La Victoria. Only 25-30 minute walk from there.' No suggestion as to which bus - it took me 2 buses and 2 and a half hours to get to the bus stop. What then? Which direction to walk with my wheelie bag? Fortunately a lovely local family gave me a lift. There is NO WAY I would have found it by myself. Hill after steep hill till the narrow, bumpy, dangerously steep drive down to the locked gate. A kind young man helped get my bag down otherwise it would have dragged me off my feet. He unlocked it for me and I spent the next half hour wandering around calling out. At last someone called Paola found me with a phone connecting me with Petra. She was very annoyed that someone had let me in. Presumably I should have remained locked out on the driveway. Paola was extremely kind. The view really is spectacular. The bedroom was very compact, with dodgy light switches. The ensuite was cramped so the floor was drenched after a shower. It took me around an hour to walk to the bus stop but I had a sore leg and stooped often along the road that has no footpath. Even a fit person would struggle to wheel their bag up those hills. Although everyone in Tenerife was kind- except for Petra- it really made my entire Tenerife experience unnecessarily difficult. If I'd known how isolated, inaccessible, difficult, and dangerous it was I never would have gone."
