The room I stayed in faced Mount Yotei and the other room faced the birch forest in the ski resort. The scenery was great. The sanitation was in place. One day, they helped me wash the cups in the sink. The details were also very clean. The design style of the hotel is also very pleasing. The whole is dark. When it snows, the patio in the middle is particularly beautiful. Then during the day, when you open the curtains, the outside is white and the light reflected into the house is also very soft. Because the color tone of the room is gray and warm gray, the only thing is that the lighting does not feel bright enough at night. When cooking and eating in the room, the light does not feel sufficient. Although the breakfast is similar every day, each category has high quality. I stayed for five consecutive days and did not get tired of it. Bread and butter can still be eaten. The biggest feature of the hotel should be the service. 24-hour Chinese, and there is a free shuttle bus that only needs to be booked one day in advance to go to the two supermarkets in the town. The restaurants nearby are very delicious. One day I wanted to go to the little red dot to buy stickers. Uber couldn't get a taxi at all, so I asked the hotel to help call a taxi. It's a flat rate, 300 RMB for a 3km round trip, so it's so convenient that the hotel provides free car service.

It’s really great, ski in ski out! It is 100 meters away from Hirafu Cable Car No. 1. After skiing every day, you can store your ski equipment in the 2F ski room. It is so easy to change into hotel slippers! The ski house also helps clean snowboards and dry snowshoes. So warm! Breakfast was great too! By the way, the hotel also has a shuttle bus to Kutchan JR Station.

The hotel service is slightly inferior to other Ritz. When the hotel helped to pick up the car from the garage, the cab was covered with snow. The hotel includes breakfast, and no one can order a signature dish. After the three of us ordered, only one was served, and it was not served after that. When the people who came in after us and ordered the same meal as us came, we remembered that we asked the waiter if he could help us check when ours would be served. As a result, one waiter went to find another, and the three waiters discussed for a long time, and finally ran over to tell us that the one we ordered was gone. I asked by the way, why did the people at the next table who came later eat, but ours was gone, and why couldn't they tell us in advance? As a result, the waiter just said sorry, and then helped us order another one, and it looked rough after it was served. When we went to the hot spring, our slippers were worn by others. Finally, the ski resort is still good, but remember to make reservations for all snow activities in advance.

We booked the most basic double room, which is designed to be very warm and comfortable. The hotel was newly opened in December, so I was worried about the smell, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared an air purifier, and there was basically no smell. The room has a small balcony, directly facing the ski lift, and you can even see Mount Yotei on a clear day. There is also a public hot spring bath on the L floor of the hotel. It is very comfortable to take a dip after skiing during the day. The toiletries are also Aesop and Dyson hair dryers. There is also a paid private hot spring facing Mt. Yotei. The weather was not good for a few days, so I didn’t experience it. I saw the photos online and they are very impressive. Breakfast: Semi-buffet style, choose a main dish + buffet. There are not many dishes and they are not updated every day. It is slightly inferior. In terms of service, the hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from nearby stations for check-in and check-out. You need to send an email to the hotel in advance to make a reservation. Free pick-up and drop-off is also provided within the town of Hirafu during your stay. Basically, it is Alpha pick-up, which is a plus. ski: It is right next to the ski resort, and it is very convenient to slide in and out. There is a ski equipment hall on the first floor, and each room is equipped with a ski storage cabinet. There is also a ski equipment rental service and a ski school.

Based on the photos and the price , I expect this will be an old and traditional hotel and onsen . But when I arrived I could see they did the upgrades and upkeep the facilities , this place is better than I thought . I also have a good sleep at there .

Awesome location near central Toyako Onsen. Room had gorgeous lake view and onsen was spacious and well-maintained. Only thing is that the hotel is a bit dated and mattresses were a bit thin.

A Ski-in Ski-out hotel. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great view to start the day. Contrary to some reviews, the hotel seems relatively new and well-maintained. However, I did find the onsen to be a bit small compared to my expectations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

This is a hotel which look like from the 80s of last century. The location is very nice which is situated in the front of the lake. Apart from that, everything looks so old. The room which I stayed was big bu which is on the first floor close the the onsen and public toilet. Some people always talk outside so that the room is not quiet all the time. The window of this room is facing the lake. However, due to the privacy, a lot of plants blocking the view of people walking pass the room. It makes the room a little dark and no view. Moreover, the aren't enough plug for charging device too.

Stayed for 2 nights for a snowboard trip. Free hotel shuttle to 2 ski areas was essential. Buffet breakfast was excellent along with the forest views. The dinner buffet was a good alternative to travelling to the dining spots in the centre of Niseko. Hotel staff were very helpful in advising on transport options in view of a blizzard, and provided regular updates on the situation. Would recommend!

The experience was great. The location of the hotel is super convenient for family like ourselves. It takes little time to access both Annapuri and Hirafu. We didn't have enough time to try the slopes at Niseko Village though. The hotel is clean, and sufficient, since we spend most of the time in town / on slopes. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful and make sure the information we got from them are accurate. I think this is very important. The hotel has its own hot spring and spa facilities which are bonus. It gives us a chance to relax after hitting the slopes for all day. Breakfast was great, variety was extensive, but it gets a little boring after 5 days eating the same food. The flavors were great and spot on though, no complains on the taste-side.
