"Next to active drag strip the staff claimed to know nothing about. Tried calling motel for 3 hrs before arrival. Nobody answered yet associate was in office at arrival. TV in room wouldn’t work. Believe it could be remote. Holes in countertop. Bugs on floor and climbing wall inside room. Asked for discount at checkout due to issues. Associate said he’d speak with manager when they arrived. Never heard from them and suspect I won’t get an answer to phone call. Over priced for condition of room."

"We stayed the night in Abilene after an 11 hour drive (with a 4 hour drive planned for the next day) so we were pretty beat when we got in. Sierra at the front desk was such a kind and wonderful human who made the whole atmosphere friendlier. The room was clean and comfortable and every staff member we ended up interacting with was amazing. Would absolutely stay at this location again next holiday season!"

"The pool was nice & the BBQ grills in the pool area made it easy & convenient . As we did cook out . The staff was very friendly . The rooms all have a full kitchen , they supply dishes & all . It was a good size room as well . We had a blast . I will be going back . I would of posted more pics but we were in the pool the majority of the time"

"Terrible. When we first arrived, everyone in the lobby was angry. I really didnt think much of it. We checked in and was told our room wasnt ready yet. So we went on and ate dinner and went to the WHC rodeo. Came in at 11pm and went to our room. Beds were unmade. Towels all over the floor. Went back down to the lobby and told the front desk and they didnt believe us. Went to check our room and sure enough it was not clean. Came back down and told us sorry, they were sold out for the night. We sat there for another hour before he finally found us a room. Unbelievable. We checked out the next day and went somewhere else. The front desk clerks were dressed in street clothes with no name tags. Very unprofessional. I will never stay at another Sleep Inn EVER!!"
