Elegant hall and dining room. Very kind personnell . Good Ford. Bedroom was so unbearably hot that it was hard to sleep. Thermostat could not be lowered .To no avail asked for a lower temperature. Double bed had two mattresses with gap in between. Was very hard. Worst of all, I had a couple of "nuts" above moving beds morning and night and using constantly the cyclette: a real nightmare! Hotel suggested I changed room. Administration dared not inviting the couple to a descent behaviour. Nice swi mming pool,but had to wait in line for the jacuzzi. Long queu standing for breakfast, served by personnel from a counter. Must say cuisine was good , patisserie rather rustic. Waiters went out of their way to please. Annoying to have to wait for over 200 people to finisce the forse course, to be able to be served the other courses. Walter were working hard and fast but too many guests. Surely to recommend in quietperiods of the year.

GRANDE DELUSIONE! Abbiamo acquistato un pacchetto su Gruppon con pernotto e cena, All'arrivo tutto bene, ci accoglie una deliziosa signorina che  permette di cambiarci ed entrare in piscina anche senza avere la stanza, ci avviamo quindi alla piscina esterna e qui cominciano le note negative : Lettini in plastica  molto scomodi (servirebbero dei materassini per rendere una seduta gradevole altrimenti dopo un'ora ti ritrovi con la schiena dolorante), abbiamo notato che c'erano parecchi ombrelloni danneggiati come anche gli sdrai con stecche rotte e tavolini sfatti (insomma il tutto piuttosto trascurato). Nella piscina interna abbiamo notato che c'erano solo tantissime sedie sdraio (secondo noi non adatte a rilassarsi) nessun lettino presente all'interno della struttura. Sauna solo una e piccolina ma abbiamo potuto fortunatamente usufruirne senza problemi.  La stanza : Un po' vintage con terrazzino carino e un bagno veramente troppo stretto. Ma veniamo al punto dolentissimo del soggiorno : LA CENA... Alle 20.00 si spalancano le porte della sala, ci troviamo 2 ciotolina con insalata e una specie di mini insalata con tracce di polpo come antipasto, una signorina ci chiede subito il bere e ci serve e qui comincia il bello.... Il servizio si svolge su carrelli dove sono poste le vivande e i camerieri passano tavolo per tavolo chiedendo le preferenze delle 3 possibili scelte tra i primi piatti...  Arriva aimè una cameriera piuttosto sgarbata e poco professionale chiediamo di assaggiare con un bis i due primi solidi "risotto con salmone e calamarata con pomodoro e pecorino" tutto dal nome molto invitante, la cameriera dalle unghie laccate blu ci "schiaffa" letteralmente sul piatto le due pietanze e c'è le lancia in maniera maldestra sul tavolo, bhe' risotto ultrascotto e calamarata pietosa con pomodoro acido, tutto degno di una mensa aziendale. Con i secondi non andiamo di certo migliorando, la signorina unghie blu ci rilancia il piatto con una "Paillard" praticamente bistecca grigliata rinsecchita e fredda, si perché è normale che facendo tutto il giro della sala una bistecca alla fine  arriva gelida sul piatto del commensale, dimenticavo... La bistecchina in questione era accompagnata da UNA patata (e non di più) e un cucchiaio scarso (schiaffato sempre sul piatto dalla gentil donzella) di cavolfiore gratinato, ci diciamo.... Ehhh va bhe' ci rifaremo con il dolce.... Seeee.... Arrivano come al solito con il loro cartellino e la scelta ricade tra un profiterol industriale o una fetta di ananas e qui si conclude tristemente la nostra cena. Colazione:  Diciamo un po' meglio, troviamo sempre la solita signorina a servirci al buffet, simpatia a parte diciamo che la colazione è salva. Cassa: Un po' avviliti liberiamo in anticipo la stanza è andiamo a saldare gli extra che avevamo consumato, per concludere in bellezza troviamo un gelido impiegato che al momento del pagamento ci lancia quasi la ricevuta senza nemmeno un "tutto bene il soggiorno?"

So I go back to the hotel after 3 years I hardly recognize it a pity, neglected, not renovated. Broken outdoor pool flooring. Bottom of tub with floor that comes off. Disappointing colo ions not on par with other 4* sin

We stayed as a family in April 2023, overall it was pleasant, excellent value for money. I don't put 5 stars as the pool had a few whirlpools, there is a path with various timed jets that lasts about half an hour and this is very nice and relaxing but when there are many people there is a bit of a queue so it would be nice to be able to opt for other whirlpools, which are few and many not working. The rooms are quite spacious but the cleaning is a bit rough. The restaurant is excellent, the dishes are always varied and delicious and the service is excellent! The property is surrounded by a beautiful park and is very close to the centre. Overall I would recommend this establishment!

Excellent welcome, courteous and professional service. Really very good dinner! To return. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Honest and consistent prices. We didn't use the piacine but I saw that during the week they are not crowded.

From all the staff I found a lot of availability, nothing to complain. Without detracting from anyone, I must congratulate the masseuse Ms Alessandra for her high professionalism.

I book with my wife for two days of relaxation upon arrival the hotel looks quite good you can see the years it has the reception is quite good we arrive in the room it's hot to death 2 pm I follow the instructions for the climate but nothing done I call the reception and they tell me to send to see us in the meantime we go to the swimming pool area and here I open a parenthesis that is quite nice but half of the whirlpools do not work all the grids around the pool are black indoor pool with moss and algae full of insects preposterous beds in rigid plastic more broken than fixed we go back to the room around 6pm still hot I call the reception we are waiting for the technician. Dinner time at 8pm in the sauna room Everyone with fans and sweat towels we talk about 4 stars I understand the unexpected but here comes the fun part after dinner customers complain to the owner about the heat and he with his arrogance after held a racial rally on employees exclaims just open the windows feel that Nice cool ... We in the room have a love of 29 degrees so sleepless night because to breathe open windows invasion of mosquitoes and it's okay in the morning we ask if the problem is solved the girl from the reception he says I have my doubts but I'll update you at 11 the owner offers us to change rooms going higher up we were on the third he offers us the eighth floor so the mosquitoes don't arrive. Talking then with customers, the climate hadn't been going for days but I say the honesty of saying things. A half positive note the food but in those conditions it was not possible to eat moral of the story I ask for the bill leaving a day and a half before not even a euro discount for the inconvenience never again but above all honesty with customers and 4 stars are non-existent.

We have never experienced in a (supposed) **** hotel that there is no shower curtain on the bathtub. You will also look in vain for soap dispensers on the bathtub and sink. Instead, the shower gel is individually portioned in plastic bags for each wash. Where is the sustainability propagated by the hotel? You will also look in vain for a button for the alleged economy flush on the toilet. The only way to save flush is because the flush button is so difficult to use that only a small trickle flows with normal effort. It is also not very sustainable that the towels are usually changed every day, even if we did not indicate this. The breakfast offer is the same every day and so economical that there is hardly any variety. Four days later, we still discussed the consideration of our desire for a vegetarian diet at every dinner. Twice the starter was removed with no vegetarian alternative. But the vegetarian alternative on the 5th day (of 7) showed the listlessness of the kitchen on this point. Meal times are completely fixed (1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.) and can hardly be arranged individually, since two to three alternatives are offered for each course at the table in turn. Since the ambition of the kitchen seems to be to smack the 4-5 courses of a meal on the tables within a maximum of 90 minutes, the very fixed meal times not only cause great hectic activity, but also a high noise level, since all hotel guests are at the same time are present. The high noise level and the hectic pace make conversations with participants on the other side of the table hardly possible. Some participants spoke of "food stress". There is actually only a hotel bar after dinner. Drinks and snacks are available at the pool bar until 7:00 p.m. The bar inside officially opens at 7.30 p.m., but since the doors of the dining room open at 8 p.m. and punctuality is required due to the strict order when eating, this bar can actually only be used afterwards. Those who want to spend quiet days in this hotel should know that twice a week the hotel organizes dance music right in front of the hotel until midnight.

Potenziale alto ma hotel lasciato un po' andare. Camera nella media ma non c'è il bagno. Ah no eccolo! Credevo fosse l'armadio. Improponibile! E nemmeno pulito (il box doccia). Il personale è anche gentile per carità ma di 4 stelle c'è solo la hall, per il resto alquanto delusi. Piscina normale ma idromassaggi scarsi seppur loro li chiamino massaggio subacqueo. Capirai. Volevamo rifarci a colazione. Lasciamo perdere, prodotti per lo più confezionati e poca scelta. Non credo che ci tornerò. 2 stelle solo per la gentilezza del personale specialmente il barista della sera.

Esperienza incredibile! Ristorante per il pranzo e per la cena bellissimi, il cibo é buonissimo e il personale é super gentile. La piscina é enorme, sia interna che esterna. Ci sono moltissimi servizi, massaggi, fanghi… Ci sono anche la sauna, le vasche caldo-freddo e un sacco di altre cose. La colazione é veramente straricca di roba. Consiglio caldamente

Sono capita per caso a fare dieci giorni di vacanza ... non mi aspettavo a mangiare così bene .. tutto buono. Il personale molto accogliente .. il titolare anche ... ritorneremo .Anche le persone che ho conosciuto qui che veniva da anni in questo hotel , sono stati contenti .... è sempre pieno qui .

Abbiamo soggiornato I in questa splendida location (purtroppo per noi, pochissimi giorni), ma sicuramente torneremo!!! Un posto dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato, un ringraziamento davvero grande a tutto il personale, dalla reception agli addetti al ristorante, ( metre, cameriere al tavolo, cameriere servizio ordine in camera, per finire con il direttore (difficile oggigiorno vedere un direttore d'albergo rimboccarsi le maniche e scendere in campo in prima persona!!!) TUTTI SEMORE CON IL SORRISO.I Camera fantastica grande e luminosa con vista piscine e panorama, piscine grandi e complete di vashe idromassaggio e percorso Kneipp. Grazie davvero, BRAVISSIMI. LOCATION SUPERCONSIGLIATA!!!I.

Un 4 stelle forse una volta. Camera piccolissima, bagni ancora di più. Soffitto che si scrosta, terme e spa imbarazzanti. Piscina interna ed esterna con solo una funzione di postazioni idromassaggio, sauna sporca e piccola, grotta termale e doccia emozionale alla modica cifra di 25€ in più per una grotta mal tenuta una doccia striminzita con tutte le piastrelle traballanti. Per lo stesso importo c’è di meglio, molto meglio. Staremo a vedere la colazione domani mattina.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 03 al 07 aprile . Eravamo già stati nel 2022 e devo confermare che il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole . Camera spaziosa con un letto grande e balcone, dove il nostro cagnolino Ettore ha potuto stare comodo e all’aria visto le splendide e calde giornate trovate. Abbiamo preso pensione completa e ogni giorno abbiamo trovato un menu differente con piatti davvero eccellenti . Tutto il personale dalla reception al metre alle signore addette alle camere e’ stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile . Il costo qualità/prezzo è molto buono. Sicuramente sarà un piacere ritornarci.
