Really nice modern room, designer modern. I was impressed with how much you got for the price, and the private stone spa was big enough to accommodate a 6 foot tall male.. modern shower, toilet, projector TV... And most important, great air-conditioning. Quiet 22nd floor room. Staff was very friendly despite the language barrier, but it's very easy to use WeChat and communicate. It was slightly confusing with elevators, you need to go to the 4th floor from the street, then use a different elevator once inside the hotel, and exit the same way. They gave me a welcome bag and stored my luggage all day.

Cleanliness: 5 stars Clean, and tidy. Housekeeping replaced used towels and refilled drinking water daily. Water pressure was good and water was hot. Location: 5 stars Right beside the tourist information center which is all you need in Wulong as a tourist as there are buses to all tourist spots like xiannvshan, wulong tianshengsanqiao and the national park. Even the bus to train station is here. So really very convenient. Service: 5 stars Housekeeper/front desk was really friendly. Can ask them anything if you have any questions! Ameneties: 5 stars The bed is heated! Really good for the colder periods. Was there during October and was already about 14 degrees at night.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful surroundings. The rooms are comfortable. There is a small refrigerator, a small towel, and a safe in the room. The lobby is spacious and bright 😋 Next to it is a hot spring. I choose this hotel every time I come here. It is also close to the scenic spot. The starting price for taxis is worth recommending to friends all over the country. Recommended👍

I wanted to have a private hot spring with my bestie on Christmas and celebrate my birthday at the same time, so I booked the hot spring room at this hotel. Secondly, when I booked, the hotel heard that it was my birthday and sent a birthday cake. Snacks and decorations were provided in the room. The water temperature can be adjusted by yourself. There is a faucet that can directly release hot spring water. They also sent a bubble bath and bubble machine, as well as a bathrobe like my bestie wears. Every detail is thoughtful. The service of Xiao Chen at the front desk was very professional and the communication was smooth. When we checked out, we found and informed us in time that something was left in the room. Except for the limited breakfast options, this hotel experience was very comfortable and I will choose it next time.

I give all 10 points to Ctrip. It is really super good. The customer service is very good. When there is a problem with the hotel, Ctrip solves it quickly. Because of special circumstances, I didn't receive a call. They have been persistently contacting me to help me solve the problem and arranged a very good hotel for me. They also made up for the excess expenses. The attitude is super good. I often travel on business and often ** before. After this time, I have been on Ctrip haha. I really like the big table and sofa in this room, haha. It is very suitable for working and playing with mobile phones. One thing is that the hot spring is not available when you book a room. You have to pay 90 per person separately. The room sign says 45% off, but it is actually more than 120 per person online. Another point is that the light on the top of the desk is very dazzling on the paper. Adjust it for a better experience.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and checked in quickly with a woman named Clover, she was very helpful and kind and got us to our room quickly. The villa we stayed in was an amazing experience. It has all the things you would need like a hot spa pool, very large bed which was very comfortable. There was also two tvs and plenty of room in the villa. It was very clean and we were served dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was great. While in the hotel, we only managed to go to the archery range but there are plenty of activities to do for most people. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it was a perfect way to spend with romantic night with my partner. Highly recommend to anyone!

Thanks to Sweet Ou who updated my room to a suite, it is a kind of house which made me hard to make a decision which one to sleep, it is also the biggest room I have ever stayed in my travel, enjoyed it and will choose in my next visit to Chongqing.

The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation and a clean environment. The yellow ginkgo trees in winter are very beautiful. The room is clean and spacious, but the interior layout is not practical enough. The tatami-style bed is not very convenient for living. The power socket at the head of the bed is difficult to plug in. After inserting it with effort, it is loose and cannot charge the mobile phone. Although the word ”hot spring” is in the name of the hotel, there is no hot spring in the hotel. The restaurant environment is good and the layout is very warm, but the breakfast is average, with not many varieties, basically vegetarian. The service staff is of good quality, able to respond in time and provide thoughtful service.

Stayed at Yufeng Hot Spring Villa Hotel for three nights. Overall, I felt good. The bar service was professional and clear. You can bring your dog. The room was spacious, the mattress was 1.8 meters, and it was large enough for two people. It was also relatively quiet at night (but the room door was not soundproof, and people talking in the corridor could be heard clearly). The bathroom felt a little small. The hot water in the shower was comfortable and the water volume was large enough, but the shower equipment needed maintenance and it sprayed water randomly.

One of the best stays in China as a foreign traveller! The hotel and its facilities are excellent, clean and well furnished with every detail taken care of. The surrounding views of the mountains and rivers are stunning and the hotel is ideally situated just out of the city in the mountains. Our room included a outdoor natural hot spring as well as pool overlooking the river. The bathroom also had a hot spring/bath inside. The hot springs are some of the best we have been to and were included in the stay along with breakfast and a private morning yoga session. Steve and the team were incredible and looked after us during the entire stay - he assisted us with our booking, check-in, dinner and spa reservations as well as assisting us with anything else we needed, all in English. There were also English copies of the menus in the restaurant and translations throughout the hotel and stay which was a massive help, especially being foreign guests at the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel which were both great. The breakfast consisted of local Chinese (The Chongqing Noodles are an absolute must) as well as international options. For dinner, we asked Steve to recommend traditional, local dishes and he took care of the rest. The Duck, Salted Goose and Lotus root were our top picks from this. There is of course a very wide selection of international dishes to choose from as well. The hotel is the perfect blend between modern 5 star luxury and a traditional, nature stay. We highly recommend Bolian to anyone looking for the perfect escape from the city. We will certainly be back!
