Very convenient location but gets quite noisy at night, as i was staying on the 3rd floor, can clearly hear the horning and music from downstairs. Got upgraded to a room with windows, but honestly might have preferred one without as i would assume that room might be quieter…. but location is good if you enjoy shopping at night (Dong Men Lao Jie) streets nearby are very much alive at night: lots of stores to shop and places to eat and also near some really cheap manicure stores. Train station is also really nearby. Abit difficult to locate the place at first but managed to find it…its actually at the back of a building. Cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl as it will choke it. I did not see the sign prior and ended up choking the toilet…. overall good experience, will book again.

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

I am very satisfied. Their service attitude is very good. The quilts and pillows in the room are very soft, and the room is very quiet! The geographical location is great! I like the desk lamp in the room very much. It's very beautifulllllll !

Superb location that situated at mrt station (gongyuanchuan station 公园前站), also alot malls and underground shopping street around this condominium apartment hotel. The room super spacious, thus we have no regret to book this for our last two nights in guangzhou, as we bought many things and need spacious place to land our luggages on the floor. Water pressure so so but stil bearable, but they should have offering 4 pillows for a large bed instead of 2 only. Overall, i will be staying here again as specially with family

We had a very pleasant stay in this service apartment. Though the apartment seemed a hit dated, it was sufficiently cosy and we thought the location was great. It was directly above the train station, so we could go anywhere easily, and there were also convenience stores and late night food options in the area (the skewer串store below is really good). The room also had a washer dryer machine so we were able to do our laundry overnight and it dried quickly. The room might be a bit confusing to get to, but generally felt the area was quiet and safe. Shoutout to S&L 陈玉who was very responsive over WeChat even before we checked in, responding to our queries and giving us detialed instructions on how to get to the lobby. My wife actually left a couple of items in the room, and 陈玉 helped us to deliver it to our next hotel very promptly. Would stay again!

The location is nearer to the river in an old apartment and a few minutes walk to the famous street - beijing road where the malls are located. We had some hiccups as the address published is not the exact spot. Lucky we found the telephone number on amap and we contacted them directly. The room is good for small families as it’s not very spacious. They provided most of the amenities and we could wash our laundry too. The pillows provided were quite flat so maybe you might need to bring your own.

This hotel is a good choice for families - the location is absolutely perfect! Within walking distance of all the main attractions, easy to explore with young kids. The rooms were spacious enough for our family, and the staff were helpful.

The location is perfect, a lot of foods around and close to the subway station. However, this time my room was located close to the neighbors who were making voices in the midnight a talk loudly in the midnight. If you want to book a room book the sstudio room (normal one) not the dulex room (having a bed room upstairs). The dulex rooms are too small the sofa a bathroom is too small too.

I recently stayed at Ascott ICC Guangzhou, expecting the high standards that come with a 5-star establishment. However, the breakfast experience was nothing short of disappointing. Having traveled extensively around the world, I have never encountered such poor-quality breakfast offerings at a supposedly luxury hotel. The food selection was shockingly limited, with only a few options available, far from what one would expect from a 5-star hotel. The quality was subpar, and to make matters worse, the plates provided were absurdly small, making it inconvenient to even enjoy the limited choices offered. For a brand like Ascott, especially at the ICC Guangzhou location, this level of breakfast service is unacceptable. It does not align with the reputation or standards expected from a high-end international hotel. Serious improvements are needed to bring the breakfast quality up to par with what guests expect when staying at a luxury property. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback into account and works on providing a breakfast experience that actually matches the prestige of the Ascott brand.

I hardly give ratings or reviews but i must say i am extremely happy and satisfied throughout my 10 days trip with this hotel. All the staffs were so warm and helpful. Thank you xiao zhou for going an extra mile to assist me with the courier. The hotel also fulfilled my request for bidet in my toilet. Beside the hotel have few halal restaurants which is very convenient too. Will definitely come back again 🌸

Not easy to see the hotel from the road side but manage to find it after reading some online reviews. The taxi/DiDi will let you alight at roadside, where easily can see a Family Mart and KFC there. Go toward the alley in front of the KFC, there’s small Luckin Coffee store next to KFC, then you should see the Langshiyu signboard. Few staircases to reach the lobby so not friendly if travel with wheelchair but not an issue for most travelers. Sometimes inside the lift got the cigarette smell. Room is huge for a couple and no worry where to place your luggage. Booked 2 rooms for 2 couples. Overall a good stay here, the room is exactly same as the online pictures.

I would stay here again next trip! Firstly location is fabulous above Gongyuanquan metro so I just took metro from airport with 1 change of train from Line 3 to Line 1, estimate 35-40mins which is fine as they have escalator and metro is connected to the mall from B2 to Level 1 check in area. Room is spacious for us to pack our luggage’s and housekeeping clean daily. Is not brand new but decent and so assessible to many places. Thank you Nomo Apartment!

Hotel listed the room has 2 full functioning bathrooms . Only come to find out when you checking it and scan the code a message will be sent disclaiming only 1 bathroom works due to “因为当初开发商没有给一楼的浴室安装排水管” Everything else was great besides this . What’s listed and what it actually is is highly misleading.

The hotel has an excellent location, conveniently situated near the Shenzhen North metro station, making it easy to access transportation, sightseeing spots, dining, and shopping areas. The front desk service is particularly commendable—the front desk pretty girl was very friendly and efficient in handling both procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall, a highly satisfying stay!

I was very satisfied here, it has great quality for cost. The area is more removed from the center but there is an express metro so it's not a big issue. Planes fly over occasionally but with windows closed you barely notice it. The area is new, clean and quiet with a lot of walking paths, like a giant park. There are several good food places at the metro station and it's a short ride to malls and supermarkets. The air is very good, I never had trouble breathing like in the city center. The room is clean and pleasant, staff come to clean every day, management is friendly and helpful, they reply instantly on wechat, it has translation so language is no issue. I rarely heard neighbor noise, there was never any smells or bugs, the room stays warm in the winter and the shower gets hot instantly. There is a lot of sun light but you can make it dark, I slept great despite jet lag, there is good mood light, the wifi is fast and the tv is big and new. I think for the low price and high quality it's definitely worth spending some extra time on the metro.

I came to Shenzhen to attend a meeting in Luohu on short notice, and I was pleasantly surprised to choose this apartment! The room has its own kitchenette and refrigerator, and I bought milk and bread for breakfast at the convenience store downstairs. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away, and it takes 30 minutes to get to the convention and exhibition center during the morning rush hour, saving taxi fare and avoiding traffic jams. I especially want to praise the service: the front desk lent me a power strip and adapter for free, and also helped me print the contract! Hotels with kitchens in the same area cost at least 800+/night, but this one is only 200+, a must-have for business needs!

The location is easy to find, just use Exit E at Bagualing station and it will be just within 1 min walk. Hotel is clean and there are room service daily, staffs are polite albeit breakfast options are limited to congee, noodles and fried rice only. Recommended staying here but please ask for rooms that are not facing the main road as it can get busy and abit noisy during the night

Amazing place! Lovely themed hotel. Loved the princess castle room with carousel and bathtub in the room. Nicely decorated with Christmas theme and it's super clean 😍 Kids loved it, adults loved it too and they have a laundry room on level 5 that has washer and dryer self service. Can't wait to visit again to try a different theme room

The hotel is located in the Innovation Square of the shopping mall. There is everything you need downstairs, including food, drink and entertainment. The hotel is very big and the towels are new and high-end. The living room is super big

It takes more than ten minutes to walk to Zhuhai Station, which is very friendly for passengers taking the high-speed rail. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to various attractions in the surrounding area. Basically, you can reach it for more than ten yuan, such as Lovers Road, Sun and Moon Shell, Xianglu Bay Beach and other popular landmarks, which saves time and worry. Partners with good physical strength can also ride a bike. It is very comfortable to ride along the coast. There is also a front desk lady! 🥹🥹 She is so nice, gentle and careful. Because we arrived at the store early and were very tired and rushed here, she not only helped us upgrade the room type for free, but also enthusiastically introduced nearby tourist attractions and travel strategies, making our itinerary planning smoother. In short, this stay experience is perfect, both the hardware facilities and soft services are impeccable. We stayed for a total of 4 nights. Really loved the layout, style of the apartment. Modern and very well designed, necessities provided, and comfortable beds and seemingly quite clean when we moved in. The location is excellent , close to many restaurants and convenient stores, supermarket. But there were quite a few cockroaches, small ones. Management should really hire company to take care of that. I would love to recommend this place to friends and family but that needs to be taken care of first. It would be a perfect stay otherwise.

It’s my first time to stay in the apartment. The location of the apartment is very convenient. It is close to all major gateways. The room is spacious and clean. It has one bedroom and one living room. It has a cooking stove, a refrigerator and a washing machine. If you stay for a few days, it will be no problem. There is a supermarket and McDonald's downstairs. There are also other snack bars to choose from. I will stay here again next time.

First, the good. I think this is a very clean hotel. I liked the spacious room and the river view. I like how there is a washer & dryer, a fridge, and they give you high-quality tea in the rooms. The cleaning lady gave me great service too. Unfortunately, there were problems. My mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The box spring was old. It made noises whenever I shifted in my sleep. The sofa was old and looked stained. I also didn’t like how there was no chair with a backrest. The bathroom was excellent, but I didn’t have good water pressure for my shower. The location was disappointing as well. It’s in the middle of nowhere. Although, I did enjoy the quiet at night. I think the location isn’t an issue if you are driving. Overall, I had a good experience staying at this hotel. But I can’t recommend it based on the problems I had with my room. Perhaps these are not issues though in other rooms and I was just unlucky.  

Service apartment hotel. Location acceptable, service is ok cause no way this is service apartment. But my room sofa is wet by bleach. That why even have sofa but I didn’t use… Cause by this wet bleach sofa surface, my hand skin dried and rough…. If you wanna wash your sofa, better to use strong vacuum cleaner

Checked out after one night stay despite planned for 3 nights stay due to noise and disturbance from the upper floor during midnight which is beyond management control since it's a commercial/business type apartment, highlighted to management office and it was responded positively by offering a switch of unit of which was turned down as I'm not a brave risk taker. The explanation and apology by management staff was duly accepted. Thanks for the kind positive response, that's all we need as travellers.🙏 Save for the above, the apartment unit has been well taken care of and is suitable for family stay especially for large groups of people.

Hotel Yyds, the bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. The view from the room is also great. You can see the river. There is a sea of ​​flowers across the river.
