The room is surprisingly big and clean.It also provided shampoo,hair conditioner,lotion and body wash.The staff was super friendly too, she personally came to our room to help us with the washing machine when we called the front desk.Location strategy opposite train station

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

The hotel is located in high building No. 2 and in a good location and close electronic market stores, there are many restaurants/food shops and minimart around hotel, and also close to Yannan metro station. The hotel needs to improve the clealinees, and the floor needs to be vacuumed, a batrroom very small. They should have coffee bags service. Staff are very kind and helpful, others are good.

The hotel is clean, the service is excellent, the room is well equipped with appliances. Also the location is great, subway is close, there are many restaurants nearby. Price is affordable, I highly recommend

Pros: The room is spacious and equipped with basic items. Location is fantastic, near to metro and the tourist shopping street. Water pressure and heater is good. Bed and pillows are comfortable to sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful to what you need. Cons: The chiller is not working at all and our food was spoilt after a day. Lack of wardrobe space and tables to put our stuff. Need more power sockets with built in travel adapters will be even better. Overall, happy with the stay and accommodation costs is very reasonable.👍

Very good location as it’s located just a stone away from the famous shopping street of Guangzhou, 北京路. The apartment agent are very nice and helpful to answer our query even months before our trip, and he also went the extra mile to receive us at the wee hour of 4am to bring us to our apartment and ensure a smooth check in, and even help to mail us the item we left behind apartment after we checked out, making sure that we have a pleasant experience with our stay there. Appreciate it and 100% yes for me to rebook this apartment.

Hotel listed the room has 2 full functioning bathrooms . Only come to find out when you checking it and scan the code a message will be sent disclaiming only 1 bathroom works due to “因为当初开发商没有给一楼的浴室安装排水管” Everything else was great besides this . What’s listed and what it actually is is highly misleading.

Very good, very good to come to vac to play in a beautiful environment, clean rooms, convenient transportation, check-in and also sent two drinks, cocktails are very good to drink, the scenery is also great next time to continue to choose to stay OK

1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen!! Who hasn't been to the Castle Hotel!! This place is so beautiful! Even I can't bear to leave! The kids played in the room all day and didn't want to go out🥰 The address is in Zhuhai~It's only 1.5 hours drive from Shenzhen~ Come and stay with your kids!!

It’s near the airport and the exhibition center, but far away from Downtown. The metro station is only 200m away. The room was clean and the cleaners came every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had all the devices, that we needed and felt very comfortable. There are some small shops and restaurants nearby and also some playgrounds.

I had an excellent experience with my booking through Trip.com! The location was perfect—right near Huaqiangbei Metro Station and directly opposite SEG Electronics Market. It made everything 100% easily accessible, especially the city center. The convenience and affordability of the stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Hotel’s location, in relation to the metro station, is very close by. Once you exit the station at C2, take the escalator up, cross the street and head towards Hilton Hotel. Continue on to the next overhead bridge, cross the secondary road, take the elevator down. Once on ground level, turn around and you will see building 1. The next building is where you check in. It was very quiet and the surrounding area  beautiful. The location is a bit far from the city center, and might require 1 or 2 train changes, depending on your destination. A few eateries nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located The room is very tidy and the space is great There is a two-in-one washer and dryer and an electric upgraded clothes hanger. The soundproofing of the room was very good. I slept well all night and didn't hear any sounds from other rooms. Will come again next time👍🏻

Overall satisfied, but was a little bit disappointed that the kitchen was not usable. Many restaurants within 2 minutes walk including Starbucks and McDonalds. Outlet shopping center with many brand names and a pharmacy. Would stay again. Location superb, in the middle of 3 malls & underneath the nearest mall is MRT. Beside the hotel is a lot of local eateries that served eel, chicken, vegetables etc. The hotel is very safe despite being linked to the Onelink mall directly by 2 gated doors (room keycard can open access). The Onelink mall serves shops like Massimo Dutton & local brands too. We booked a Fraser suite with 2 bedrooms that enabled us to drop off the shopping bags easily. The lobby concierge at level 1 helped receive our pre-booked taobao packages & even delivered them to our room. We bumped into several Singaporeans here. In terms of modern furnishing, this GZ Fraser Suites hotel was built 11 yrs ago so the curtains are not automated however the toilets all come with auto bidet spray. Staff is polite & service is relatively prompt. The aircon in the master bedroom was suddenly blowing cold air then stopped then restarted cold air blowing through the night. After we adjusted the fan speed, the above problem largely resolved.

Not easy to find as the entrance is at the side. There is a KFC.at the front. The outside walkway is messy and difficult to walk as many e bikes and bicycles use it as well. Got to be very careful not to be knocked by one of them. The room is not so clean and the lifts smelled of cigarette smokes. The positives are that it is nearby eateries abt the

All the guys at the counter are so helpful and polite. Room is big and all the moving. Beijing road is just right below and lot of food around.

Overall a very good hotel for the price you pay for They need to allocate budget to improve M&E . i. Poor water gradient flow to the toilet floor trap. every after bath you see water ponding ii. Lower floor HVAC require servicing. Poor Ventilation Design is very modern unlike some hotel with cultural look I stayed at 27 floor but there are still mosquitoes and other insects But this is a good hotel

2nd stay with them in a different room configuration. It is clean and spacious enough for my parents too. Had an issue with the bed but they rectified it immediately. Downstairs linked to metro and many shops for clothes, electronics, food and pharmacy. There is also a 7-11 nearby. There are many homestay in this building, don’t think can find one that is both good and value for money. All the ladies at reception area are very nice and approachable. Will stay again if visiting Guangzhou again. Thank you!

Good location. Was given a room at level 16 with 2 Queen bed + Sofa. Rain shower + bathtub with good water pressure. Apartment above mall, walking distance to Gongyuanqian metro station. You can access the metro station via the mall underpass. Many restaurants and food to choose from ...walking distance to Beijing Rd. Need access card to take lift up to apartment. Will stay here again!!

The room is a bit outdated, but it has a nice view. The location is decent, though the building could use some renovation. Overall, for the price I booked, it’s not bad — good value for money. The bed is comfortable.

The hotel's items are very complete, including makeup remover, beauty egg, and facial cleanser. The small things can be seen as very considerate. I must give a big thumbs up to Little Butler No. 1. It is very thoughtful and the quality of the things is very good. The most important thing is that the room is very spacious. , very comfortable to do and very satisfying.

It’s very convenient to the nearby shopping malls. The only bad thing is the corner Some of the connection points are relatively untidy. I saw Mourinho and dust. Excellent staff service, very friendly, accommodating and professional! We’ve encountered problem in the toilet and when we informed the staff they are quick to help us, kudos to the housekeeping staff who helped us fixed our toilet. Before we left, front desk lady made sure we are comfortable and enjoyed our short trip to Zhuhai. Overall I would recommend and definitely will come back to stay again!
