It’s my second time staying in this hostel because of their amazing views from terrace while having breakfast. Friendly staff that makes you feel like you are home.
Location is perfect as you are close by to Hagia Sofia, blue mosque many restaurants with rooftops, shops and tram. Would definitely recommend it

The staff approach is very good but the room has no air conditioning and there was a TV with a screen burned. Because the air is cold, I asked the staff to fit the air conditioning or to fit the room change, but I couldn't get a positive answer to anyone. I just let him see the TV, he has neither repaired nor changed it. A company that certainly doesn't deserve the pay it received.

It is a very comfortable place where locals live, eat and shop in Besiktas. The ferry is very close and the hotel environment is also OK. If you want to feel the local life, it is recommended to stay there.

Decent and compact bedroom with private bathroom in hostel. The receptionist was very kind to have our bags before check in time. Door code and instructions are given clearly, so you don't have to wait for someone to guide you in for mid night check outs.

It was a good hostel, the aircon was there and I could sleep relatively well. Some noise is there, but for this area it’s hard to find very quiet place. The service was great and welcoming. The person on reception advised good local restaurant across the street for dinners (I highly recommend that).

We originally booked a family suite, but only got a double room. However, the difference was reimbursed without problems. Although there were small communication problems, the staff was very friendly and effortless. Overall a positive stay – especially the food in the hotel restaurant was really good!

The staff at Taksim Green House are exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. Their warm welcome and willingness to assist with any request left a lasting impression on me.
The rooms are tastefully decorated, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and traditional Turkish flair. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the Bosphorus, and it was nothing short of breathtaking.
One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served each morning. The spread was diverse, with a wide range of Turkish and international options. It was the perfect way to start my day of exploring Istanbul.
Taksim Green House also offers easy access to Istanbul's top attractions, including the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. After a day of sightseeing, returning to the comfort of this boutique hotel was a true pleasure.

GGuest UserGreat budget hotel near Istiklal. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly hosts, always ready to help. There is free coffee and tea plus a kitchen where you can cook and cook utensils. I stayed here not the first time and will come again. For the price, this is the best option in the area. Wi-Fi works fast - you can work safely. The bathroom only has soap. From the minuses to someone, sometimes they sit on the street near the guest house like ***************, but they don't bother anyone.

The hotel staff is good, they solve a problem immediately, I got a positive energy during my stay as a customer. The rooms are clean, the sink and shower places are very nice and modernly designed. Hotels like this are usually expensive. But Gökçe Hostel is cute, warm-blooded, customer-oriented, they work with friendly staff, reasonable price, clean, reliable, fast internet in the room, hot water 24/7, instant connection to a customer representative. In short, we can say that the service provided here is above the price paid.

SSung from South KoreaClean and cozy place at a reasonable price with friendly staff willing to help! Renovated recently. Conveniently payed with Euros and US dollars too. Room, toilet and shower are pretty modern and bed is comfortable. The kitchen has stove, microwave, hot & cold drinking water, etc. The surroundings are quiet. Willing to come back to the accommodation.

LLeón-clDon't be fooled by Google Maps, because you won't find that sign. The location is first-rate, right next to the Blue Mosque, and the surrounding atmosphere is very good, suitable for opening. If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, don't live there. Those who lively can't sleep before two o'clock in the morning, there is nothing wrong with that. Breakfast used to be included, but now it’s cancelled. And the on-site reservation is 20% cheaper than the online price
