I booked a double room with external toilets/ bathroom via trip for 2 nights.
On arrival, I had the weirdest reception however.
The room key card to trigger power for room was not working properly to ask for help!
An older caretaker/ maintenance male grudgingly waked me to room to show me the card was able to trigger the power on for room.
He found however that I had turn aircon remote to 16 degrees as I had in my frustration in not being able to had the power turned on with room card.
I then received the Most SHOCKING berating and chiding for having turning A/C to 16 degrees for the moment in my frustration of not being able to trigger the power on in room.
He gestured and demonstrated how I should turned the A/C to 22 degrees and have the fan on high instead and stormed out of the room without a word after lecturing me.
I had just arrived and went to asked for help with power in room and received a hostile berating as if I was a kid??
I do not know the people, had not dirtied the place or owed the money..but My Gosh…what a hostile, unwelcome and rude berating as if I owed the establishment something?
The only reason I could think that I had received such an unwelcome “reception” is possibly booked through Trip and possibly received a low price for room they were not happy with.
Anyways, the property is just front of beach along beach road with Tops supermarket below and 8 Eleven steps away.
The room is spacious with large mirror and nice big curtains. You get sky light but wondow face another building and not sea view which is still great for price I’ve paid.
The toilets and shower area are wonderful and best I’ve seen…the spaciousness and lighting in toilet/shower made it look and feel like an hotel/ SPA.
Nonetheless, I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon with the STRANGE hostile reception I’ve received.
I am sure they are mostly decent hardworking people…however I will not be returning anytime soon!
I hope Trip can look also into pricing the bookings in such manner that the hostels/motels/ motels do not take it out on customers!!
Thank you!

I accidentally hit this wonderful hotel. I didn’t expect it to be a youth travel. I wanted to make do with it for one night and then change it. I stayed for several days. The experience exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was quite good. I met the Taiwanese boss with high emotional intelligence. There are also a few friends who are said to have lived for a month and don’t want to go. I recommend it to tourists in Pattaya!

This hostel that looks like a hotel is just simply perfect for me. It's location is close to everything for any travellers. The room is spacious with good air-conditioning and a curtain that provided privacy. The toilet is clean, spacious with good water heater. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and administered my check-in efficiently. The hostel even has an indoor swimming pool, a small kitchenette and a lobby with plenty of furniture. I highly recommend this place for all travellers!

The staff is not welcome, I get more smiles on the street than in this place. When you check in, just sign it, pay a deposit and go look for your bed. Can you tell a few words about the place at least, like here we have a kitchen that you can use, here is a toilet and a shower room, and there is also a terrace on the roof, which is haven’t been cleaned for ages and look like abandoned place btw. I get it if you come for one night and maybe it won't be necessary, but I lived there for a week. The men's toilet on the second floor is just horrible, water is dripping from the ceiling, so the floor is always wet, it smells bad and it’s very tight. The drain is clogged in the shower. I went to the third floor, at least it was dry.
I like the interior and location of the hostel. The bed is wide and comfy. Yeah it feels like your own tiny space. Somebody is definitely trying, they even got a piano and played a gig the other night. But i would never go there again, because i don’t feel welcome here
P.s. there is no locker at all, all you have is a box under your bed, and of course a reminder on the door, we do not responsible for the lost things. So you can’t leave your valuable stuff, it’s all up to people you happen to live with, maybe they good maybe not

The hotel is not far from the scenic area and the beach, and there are two 711s next to it. You can swim in the store. The room area is also large enough. You can rent a motorcycle in the store, and the staff is attentive and enthusiastic.
Great care is taken to ensure guests experience comfort through top-notch services and amenities.Remain linked during your visit by utilizing the complimentary internet access available.Prior to your check-in date, you can arrange airport transportation services, guaranteeing a seamless and efficient experience for both arrival and departure.Parking is accessible, supplied by the apartment for guests who arrive by car. Need some relaxation? Your room features daily housekeeping to make your stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Very good. The hostel has bunk beds but feels very private. It may be during normal travel periods, there are not many people, but everything is good. Service, cleanliness, not chaotic. The journey is not far from Terminal roundabout, just a little bit to Na Kluea. Very impressive. There is a swimming pool, a little exercise equipment. At the price of 1 purple banknote, it is very okay. If I come alone again, I will choose to book here again. It is really convenient.

When I first arrived I noticed that the place next door was being renovated. Then I found out the places on either side of it were being renovated. Then shortly after I arrived I heard loud jack hammering sounds. These sounds were periodical though out my 7 day stay. I hated the sounds but they weren't consistent. The woman running the place was excellent. She could speak English and was very friendly. Other than the renovations the room was quite quiet. It was a 4 minute walk to the beach. There was a kitchen you could cook in and free water beside the kitchen. Her 3 children and her mother lived there also. It was a nice atmosphere I'd stay there again when the renovating stops.

GGuest Userhorrible check in experience, they denied to check in first ,they say they haven't recieved money from Trip.com .then they asked more money for check in, they say the amount i paid with trip.com is not sufficient .it's a very cheaper price .after fighting 1-2 hour they allowed a room with just stair case ,and it is on 3rd floor ,very narrow and dangerous stair. and i rejected that option .again i fight with them and say i will complaint . anyway finally got the right room . very unprofessional fellows.

TTy TravelerSindys in great for travelers who are looking for a safe and economical stay near many of Pattaya’s great attractions, especially the beach and nightlife. Getting here is quite easy from the bus terminal and the staff members are super nice. I recommend Sindys to those visiting this exciting city.
YYunhoooIt's a local hotel, but it has a very cozy image and is very clean. Since most of the guests are local Thais, there is not much noise and the reception staff is very friendly. There is a veranda and the room condition is good. It has everything you need: a refrigerator, a hair dryer, etc. If I had to pick one drawback, it would be the air conditioner... It's new, but I'm seeing the brand for the first time because the product is made in China. When it's very hot during the day, no matter how much I lower the temperature and turn it on for a strong wind, the room is not cool at all. However, it's cool at night when I sleep.
