The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen with a kettle, microwave, and cutlery was really convenient. The location was excellent too; the bus stop was right in front or just a 1-2 minute walk away depending on the direction, making travel to and from the airport easy. The front desk staff were also very kind. While luggage is stored uniformly in a luggage room, which might raise some security concerns, it meant there were no large bags in the room, so I wasn't woken up by packing noises, which was actually very comfortable.

This time during my visit to Stockholm, I stayed at Generator Stockholm, and my overall experience was very satisfying. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Sweden. Firstly, the hotel's location is extremely convenient. It's about a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to get to, whether you're checking in with luggage or heading out for daily sightseeing. There are also supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, providing excellent amenities. Getting to all the major attractions in central Stockholm is quick and easy, which is especially convenient for independent travelers. What impressed me most was the hotel's community atmosphere and quality of service. The staff were friendly and welcoming; they were always happy to help with check-in, transportation information, or recommendations for local attractions, making guests feel right at home. The hotel frequently hosts social events, which are great for travelers from all over the world to meet each other. This is particularly suitable for backpackers or solo travelers looking to easily make new friends and experience an international travel atmosphere. The room also exceeded my expectations. It was spacious and comfortable, without the cramped feeling often found in youth hostels. The room design was simple yet stylish, and it was kept very clean. The beds were comfortable, ensuring excellent sleep quality. Whether it was a dorm room or a private room, there was ample space, making for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The bathrooms and public areas were also very well maintained, giving peace of mind. In addition, the hotel's common areas are uniquely designed. The lobby has a fashionable and vibrant atmosphere with comfortable lounging areas, perfect for chatting with friends, working on a laptop, or simply relaxing. The Wi-Fi speed was stable, which is very convenient for guests who need to work online or plan their itinerary. Overall, Generator Stockholm excels in terms of location, service, environment, facilities, and the overall accommodation experience. It offers high-quality accommodation at a reasonable price, coupled with a warm and friendly service team and comfortable, spacious rooms, which made the entire trip more enjoyable. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from Skanstull subway station and should be considered an urban area. The Youth Hostel will send the check-in process by email. You need to use the back door to check in outside office hours and you need to take a short staircase. The Youth Hostel is a basement but there are many rooms. I live in a single room. There is a fan and no air conditioning. The bathroom is shared outside. There is no shower and bath products. It is clean and tidy.

淋浴間只有一邊所以我住的那側要走一段路過去，過去還必須經過交誼廳和廚房，感覺有點沒隱私，以及淋浴間每個間隔很小，也沒有乾濕分離或是平台可以放盥洗用品和換洗衣物，個人覺得洗澡不是很方便，水龍頭也是很奇葩的設計，一開始可能不太了解怎麼使用因為是感應式的，每感應一次大概只出水2-3分鐘就會自動停水，所以要一直不斷的去觸碰，有時候還感應不到…甚至水的冷熱開關我到最後還是沒搞懂 但是地理位置是真的很好，靠近車站，外面出來就是超商和超商

We stayed for 2 nights and were able to stay very comfortable. The dormitory had a locker (bringing a key) that each individual could use, and bath towels were also borrowed for free. There was no curtain on each bed, so I blindfolded it with a bath towel. Shared spaces such as shower toilets and kitchens seemed to be cleaned frequently. It's within walking distance to the center, so I don't think it's a problem if you don't have a lot of luggage.

I stayed in both rooms, so I'll write about both. The mixed-gender dormitory is on the third floor and has no elevator. It was difficult to carry my suitcase up - it was a spiral staircase. But the room was spacious and everyone had bunk beds, so it was easy to use. The women's dormitory is on the second floor and has no elevator. My room faced the road and was noisy. I was also bothered by the sound of the toilet door closing. You put on your own sheets. They can store your suitcase for free. The shower room had a draining rod, which was great for absorbing water from the floor. The bus stop to Central Station is nearby. It seems like it's a bit of a detour to get to the Old Town, but it's still within walking distance. The view in front of the hostel is nice.

Although it's far from the city center, it was conveniently located near a supermarket and bus stop. There was coffee and tea available in the common area, and cooking utensils were also provided, which was great. Personally, I liked that they offered free towel rentals. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Stockholm!! They also store luggage before and after check-in, but it's just left in the hallway like this, where lots of people pass by, and it's not visible from the reception, so I was a little scared that anyone could steal it (lol).

The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating, which made my stay very pleasant. The location was also great, as I could get to Stockholm Central Station in about 15 minutes. They were also flexible with the check-out process.
