"Highly recommended for solo travelers! Female-friendly! It's one of the top three hostels I've stayed in. First, the location is conveniently located near Nevsky Prospekt, a 3-minute walk to the subway station and a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. Super convenient transportation. There are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs. Second, the beds are very well designed, taking into full account the user's needs and movement. The beds are spacious, with narrow-step ladders for climbing up and down, and ample storage space inside the beds. There are wall mirrors, clothes racks, and retractable tables. Each bed has its own locker with sufficient space. The shared bathroom is unisex but relatively clean, and there are enough toilets and showers; I never encountered a queue. I recommend staying in the 4-person female dorm. Solo travelers can easily meet many other solo travelers here, making friends and finding travel companions. The front desk staff are all Russian girls, friendly and speak English, so communication isn't a problem. The only downside is: there's no hot water if you shower too late. The only funny thing was that the Chinese translation of the exit sign said: ”Click to exit”."

"The location is good. The room with the 4th floor is very uncomfortable with the suitcase to climb a narrow staircase, there is no elevator. The huge plus that the window goes out to the yard - not noisy. For 50r you can leave things in the storage room (room with video cameras). Very bad with water - pressure in the shower is very weak, for 1 reception the shower was 4 times from hot to cold. Well, hot water was to be poured very long."

"Location: Right behind Kazan Cathedral, about a 7-minute walk along the street. Not remote, right on the main street. One of the girls in my room often came back after midnight, so it felt relatively safe to me. Transportation: The metro station is right next to Kazan Cathedral, and the train station is within 3km. However, there's usually no subway, so you have to walk everywhere. After staying a few days, I realized everyone should learn to take the bus; it makes things much easier. Service: The receptionists speak English and are very friendly. Several guests seemed to be regulars—one was over 80, and a few were women in their 40s—but they were all quite nice. Cleanliness: The place was fairly clean. There are four toilets and four shower stalls. Five faucets for washing, all in one place, unisex. To be honest, sometimes using the toilet was a bit awkward and uncomfortable; for example, if you were defecating, there might be two men urinating next to you. Apart from the toilets, I personally thought everything was good."

"Очень маленький для двоих номер и ”видом из окна”, конечно, это трудно назвать. Грязное окно очень низкого первого этажа, которое выходит прямо на экскурсионные группы стоящие в метре от окна, очень не комфортно, окно пришлось держать все время зашторенным. Остальное все хорошо, достаточно чисто, приятный интерьер. За исключением очень грязной общей кухни, но мы ей не пользовались."
