This hotel is not recommended: 1. As a hotel located in Ti'anau, the entire hotel has more than ten parking spaces. The parking spaces have to be grabbed. I don't know if I thought it was in Queenstown. 2. The door lock is very old and difficult to open. At the beginning, I couldn't open the door after taking the key. I must open the lock at the same time + the door to push inside to open it. 3. The price is not cheap, the price is more than 900, the village inn next door is less than 800, and the so-called lake view room is also covered by the roof on the first floor of their house.

There is no small pity on the lakeside. It is not far from the street. It is a quiet location. The equipment is quite new and easy to use. Although the sound insulation is not very good, fortunately the residents are scattered and not very noisy.

Небольшой, но уютный домик , кровать удобная, белье чистое, было очень комфортно. На общей кухне есть всё самое необходимое для приготовления пищи. Общие душевые и туалеты чистые. Есть зона для отдыха и настольных игр, также есть отдельная зона с настольным теннисом. Расположение отличное - прямо на берегу озера, виды превосходные! Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный!

GGuest UserWe booked for 2 Adults, 2 children (16 and 14 year olds) via ***********. When we arrived, we were given a room for 3 people. I advised the owner straight away that the room was booked for 4 people and showed him my booking. He checked his records and said that he was only advised that the booking was for 3 people. He asked me for $20 extra dollars as he would give me a bigger room to fit 4. I said that it was not my error and that I should not be charged extra as my booking was correct. He reluctantly said that he would give us the bigger room. It was a nice 2 bedroom and after speaking with my husband, we agreed to go back to reception and give him the extra $20 even though my booking was for definitely for 4 people. I went to reception and said that I don't mind giving the extra $20 as it is a very nice room. He then however completely surprised me and said ”That's the least you can do. When you book accommodation, you need to book for the correct amount of people.” I was taken back as this was not our error at all. He was so rude and I reluctantly handed over the extra $20. We will not be staying here again.

GGuest UserThe room details stated that children were welcome, but when we checked in, we were told that if we added a child, we would not be able to book the room (because the child slept in the middle and did not need an extra bed, so only 2 adults were added during the reservation) and we had to cancel our reservation. They said the hotel didn't want so many guests and that the law didn't allow it. Finally, we were asked to pay an additional 30 dollars and were given the key. They originally added a $30 child fee (which would be completely understandable if they had told us directly), and we got the feeling that this hotel hated children and discriminated against Asians. The whole check-in process was very unpleasant. Overall facilities are acceptable and the location is good. But due to the bad check-in experience, I was in no mood to appreciate the beautiful scenery. Negotiations to cancel the stay were made throughout the evening, but to no avail. The manager had a tough attitude and did not apologize from beginning to end, which ruined my good mood for the whole day.

圣圣代千层雪A motel run by a Chinese mother and daughter is 3 kilometers away from Invercargill city center. There are fast food restaurants and two large home appliances cities. The room itself is not large, but the bed is a good size. We only stayed for one night, so Yes, you need to take a bath or detergent at night

GGuest UserThe reception staff were very warm and friendly and even gave us a bottle of milk. We had requested a family room with a tower view, and the location was perfect – we could see the tower directly from our living room. Queen's Park is also just across the street. The only downside was the cooktop in the kitchenette; it was either too fast or very slow to heat up, quite old-fashioned, and difficult to use. Additionally, the motel requires guests to park their car directly outside their own room, and parking in other spots is not permitted.

李李The room is not big, the location is excellent, facing the lake view, the snow-capped mountains against the Manapuri Lake is like a fairyland. Stayed for four days, reluctant to leave. The pier to Doubtful Sound is nearby, and walking along the lake is the ultimate enjoyment. Wan Lai was all quiet, except for the sound of the lake beating against the shore. Personally, I think this place is better than Queenstown because there are few people and the commercial atmosphere is not so obvious. Driving to Lake Te Anau is only over 20 kilometers.

GGuest UserWe had two elderly people in the room when the electricity went out city -wide and it would've been safer if the hotel operators provided flashlights but they only had candles when we walked in the dark to the reception to ask for help. Overall it was clean and the kitchen had basic cooking supplies, but no dishwasher and no oven.

The room does not include breakfast, but they charge a fee for bringing a child, which is several dozen dollars, and nothing is added.
