Highly recommenad staying at the Spanish Lady staff were amazing we had a great stay in our 2bdrm unit it's an older style could do with a bit of paint to upgrade but beds were comfortable kitchen was well equipped with oven an stove top cooking utensils dishes etc. Shower toilet well stocked with towels complimentary shampoo/conditioner handwash toilet paper very clean. We stayed 2days and enjoyed our time only downside for us was the window in the toilet glass shutters allowed cold air into the room as well as a security issue for me. Overall stay was excellent access to laundry an if it was warmer weather the pool and spa would of been absolute tops for us as a family. Close to shops supermarket and city centre. Thank you Spanish Lady we will definitely come back again when in Napier

The hotel is right by the sea and there is a small balcony to see the sea. There are also many parking lots, and there are washing machines and dryers next to the front desk. There is a small kitchen in the room, you can simply do something to eat. Not far from the city center, parking in the city center is not convenient, so I just parked the car at the hotel and walked over. The bathtub is also very comfortable!

Very clean and quiet. WiFi, while free would not allow streaming, and access to some other general sites such as NZ Parliament. So used mobile data. Some utensils and cockery need updating and replacing e g. chipped cockery and missing spoons. No Sky Movie channels and one documentary channel - but plenty of sports channels. Only the plus side friendly greeting from reception and good value for money deal. Bed was comfortable, and not much noise from road. The small courtyard out the back was nice to sit in.

The room was very nice and the landlord was very patient and kind. Winter is a bit cold, but it is acceptable. Not far from there is a Chinese food outside, the supermarket is 500 meters small, and it takes 20 minutes to go.

The seasons have changed recently, and the temperature difference at night is a bit big. It may not be winter yet, so heating is not provided. It's a bit cold to sleep at night... It's very cold! 🥶 The location is very good. It only takes 5 minutes to enter the city. It is very convenient👍🏼 I'm a little confused when the counter asked me to check my credit card information. I looked too carefully... I'll keep an eye on whether there are any fraudulent transactions~ (I hope it's because I have persecution delusions🤣

Room with an unblocked view of the sea, no buildings between, but there is a road. Napier prides itself on its abundance of buildings of a certain style of around the 1920s in England epitomised by some Piccadilly line suburban tube stations (art deco ?). Best things about the place are the aquarium and the swimming pool.

We booked Pebble Beach Motor Inn for a two night stay and we were amazed by quality of our room overlooking the ocean. The room was super clean and comfortable and included a spa bath if that’s for you. I would say this is the best hotel we could have hoped for to fit our budget. Very impressed.

Suitable for anyone. Great size room beautifully presented and nice and clean. Fantastic views f the bay and the sea. Woke about 6 am and watched boat after boat going out . 3 nice restaurants very close byand a great boardwalk to start the day off. Highly reccomend it.

Very convenient for the beach, town and aquarium. Well located on the sea front. Clean. The room literature suggested they had had problems with guests in the past and was quite unsettling to read , not entirely welcoming and full of encouragement for your stay.

The motel is quite big. When the old lady is not there, she calls her (actually the room inside). The room is quite big, with a double bed and a single bed, complete kitchen, bathroom and bath. Parking is available at the door of the house. Looking across the river from the famous old lighthouse. But the toilet seat can't be kept upright, and the hot water handle of the shower will fall off. Overall, it's ok.
