Very clean and quiet. WiFi, while free would not allow streaming, and access to some other general sites such as NZ Parliament. So used mobile data. Some utensils and cockery need updating and replacing e g. chipped cockery and missing spoons. No Sky Movie channels and one documentary channel - but plenty of sports channels. Only the plus side friendly greeting from reception and good value for money deal. Bed was comfortable, and not much noise from road. The small courtyard out the back was nice to sit in.

Very convenient for the beach, town and aquarium. Well located on the sea front. Clean. The room literature suggested they had had problems with guests in the past and was quite unsettling to read , not entirely welcoming and full of encouragement for your stay.

The location is very good, facing the sea, you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise, sit on the balcony and have a cup of tea and read a book to see the vast expanse of the sea too enjoyable! There is also a whirlpool in the room, and friends who like to take a bath can enjoy it. The hotel's price/performance ratio is super high. Napier is a place worth living for a few days.

Free parking, parking at the entrance of the accommodation, very convenient. The kitchenware is very complete, except that there is no chopsticks. Because there is a kitchen, it is very convenient to get some children's favorite food in the morning. The room has 3 single beds and 1 double bed, enough to live, plus a baby cot. It is very convenient to have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs.

The best hotel I stayed in in New Zealand for 20 days. All the details are very good. Although the hotel is not big, the courtyard is exquisite and beautiful, with a barbecue area and a children's play area. The front desk service was enthusiastic, delivering milk and toffee, and helping us bake lamb chops in the oven. There is a bubble bath opposite the room and a washer and dryer. All in all, everything was perfect and we had a great time.
