1. Welcoming and Approachable Staff
2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

Can't describe how great everything was! Amazing people, great atmosphere, peaceful location and they made everything they could to adapt my food to more western style. I strongly recommend Zostel Pahalgam for either private rooms like I got or shared ones.

Very supportive caretaker, john uncle as he is affly called, takes very good care and provides every support. Comfortable stay. A common issue that is out of control is the 3-hour power cut in the afternoon and another 2-3-hour cut in the early morning

The staff at hotel green park deserve special praise. They were incredibly kind, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The dining experience was another highlight of our stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. Whether you’re visiting gulmarg for adventure or relaxation, this hotel is a fantastic choice.
