The facilities were stylish and nice.
Although it was a bunker bed, the floor height was high, so there was no inconvenience when using the lower floor.
It was nice that each bed had blinds.
On the 3rd floor, the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet were outside the room, and it was a room for 6 people, including 2 people.
However, there was no information other than the room floor and bed number.
Even though the reservation included breakfast, there was no notice or explanation about breakfast times.
I went down to the cafe and said, ‘I have a reservation that includes breakfast. 'What time is breakfast tomorrow?' I asked. I could ask... but I was confused... I went in and out of the kitchen to check on the situation... I waited for 5 minutes.
The male staff member wrote down a breakfast ticket for me at 6 or 7 o'clock, telling me what I wanted, coffee, milk and juice.
When I came down a little after 6 o'clock in the morning, the cafe lights were off, as expected. The kitchen light was on so I tried to go, but the automatic door from the albergue to the cafe was locked. I went outside and knocked on the door, and he pointed to a door next to me. When I went there, I heard a voice, so I knocked and called someone. A male employee whom I had never seen before asked me to wait a bit, so I waited, but 10 minutes had passed. Since I had to walk a long distance, I thought I would have to give up breakfast, so I went back to that gate. ‘I am a guest. We were informed that we could have breakfast at 6 o'clock. My journey has been delayed. I would like a refund for breakfast.' I told him to wait until the manager came. He said he would come down soon.. A part-timer at the cafe was at work, so I told him the same thing, and he just laughed. I waited for 10 minutes and they didn't come, so I thought it would be better to just eat breakfast, so I ordered and ate it. I waited 45 minutes for a meal that should have been over in 5 minutes, and the journey was delayed on a rainy day, so I am leaving this review very tired.
The facilities are good and there are few people, so if you want to rest quietly, I recommend skipping breakfast.
This is announced as Hotel and is a Hostel, as Hostel is good, but not at these prices that have charged us from hotel and not cheap exactly, we arrived at night and we had no more choice to change and search for another accommodation, The advertising is misleading and that seems very bad, I won't come back. We had TV in the room but as not having it, I was constantly losing the signal in almost all channels. I was very disgusted that this advertising is not that it is
The hotel was very good. Beds comfortable and with garden for better privacy and that between less light. I had a patio that was quite good. Clean baths and everything very clean in general. The most bad location but good, it is a walk and if there is no bus that leaves you in the door.

GGuest UserI used it because it was Alberge (pilgrimage inn) where I could make a reservation in advance in Saria. It was very beautiful, accessible, and the bed was partitioned by curtains, so it was good that I didn't care about the people around me. However, it became quite hot by closing the curtain, and it felt quite hard to sleep in summer. Since the door is a system to open with a password, if there is no person in charge, the phone is called and waits for the person in charge.

SSHAO WENThis is the second stay, all of them choose here after arriving in Santiago on the pilgrimage road, and they have lived for several days. Its kitchen is fully equipped, with full meals and pots, and a small supermarket to let you rest completely. A single room is available and a sink is also provided. Although the equipment is simple, the charges are extremely economical. It is a little distance from the city or the cathedral, and it is necessary to cross the city ditch. It is the place where ordinary people are rickets, but I like it because of this.
