We highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lijiang. The location is within Lijiang Ancient City, so sightseeing is not a problem. The bedroom had woodgrain tones and was personally exciting to me. It was very clean, with no trash or dust. The bed was comfortable with thoughtful touches such as a hand-held light and electric blanket. It's also helpful that you can use the washing machine for free. I can't say the restrooms are clean, but if you're used to living abroad, you won't have any problems. The atmosphere inside the store was very lively, with staff and customers having fun playing board games. And above all, I would like to thank the manager of this store for his help. I'm not the type to ask questions myself, but he always cared about me and helped me in many ways. If you are worried about traveling alone or want to socialize, we highly recommend this hotel.

The location is very convenient, close to turistic sites and subway station. The cafeteria had nice food, specially breakfast option for 20yuan, and at night people would hang out with music and games. The bathroom is outside in a corridor, in winter it may be a bit cold. It would be better to have paper closer to the sink and not only in the toilet. The staff was nice and helpful. I recommend and would come back.

Room and hostel generally clean and the receptionist speak little english. They communicate via WeChat. There is a shuttle bus service from the hostel to the fire station near Dali ancient city from 09:00- 24:00. There is a self laundry on the rooftop. The view from rooftop also 🤌🏻 ✨ They also offer small group tour package with affordable price. Cute cats and dogs. Minor: the location is a bit far from the old city and a bit isolated. If you want a comfortable stay, book a private room instead. Some of the guest scattered their make up and even cut their hair on the share sink and didn’t even clean it. For me, your personal item should be in your personal locker. So that other guests comfortable to use it after. Maybe the receptionist should emphasise it during checkin.

The hostel isn't worth your money. It is way too cold in the hostel. The shared area and the bathrooms were freezing, literally. In the morning, team members got into the room and started having a VERY loud conversation and I found it extremely rude. Don't make the mistake of going there

The hostel is located in the heart of Dali Ancient Town and other main attractions too just within walking distance. Just remember, pick a drop-off point, by choosing the nearest distance to the main road from the hostel. Friendly and helpful female staff at the receptionist and the room provided is worth your money and budget.

The greatest thing here is the people. The staff members have great English, they recommend and helped me book many different experiences that were amazing in this area. Also they were great friends to us. The friendly atmosphere in this hostel is the best I could ask for!! So I highly recommend booking in this hostel and getting to know these people . Also the room was clean and designed comfortably, washing machine was good too. Location was easy to find and walking around the area was fun also recommend you go to a nearby restaurant it’s the blue sign in the pictures. We had a great time here!!

It was my first time staying in a youth hostel, and it was much better than I expected. This is a youth hostel run by two handsome guys. The owners are very nice and will recommend delicious and fun places. After a day of playing, I came back tired and sat on the sofa on the first floor. The sofa was covered with an electric blanket. I got a cup of hot water, sat on it, covered myself with the blanket, and most of the fatigue from a day of play was instantly gone. While petting my cute little cat, I enjoyed the music played by my boss on the guitar. There is a mezzanine platform on the roof with three washing machines for washing clothes, and you can also see Cangshan Mountain from here. I took the picture in the early morning, and there was fog. On the first day I came here, I booked a very bad youth hostel on **. Fortunately, I found this one later. We didn’t know each other, but when the inn had no vacancies, he gave up his employee dormitory and said he would cover me if I couldn’t find a place to stay. You really deserve to be rich if you are such a good boss. I stayed here for five days in Dali. Besides the convenience of going everywhere, it is more because this is a very warm inn!

I just wrapped up my stay at Big Feet Hostel in Kunming, and it was an absolute delight! The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right in the heart of the city, it's within easy reach of the subway station, and a vibrant array of restaurants and shops are just around the corner. Getting to must - visit places like Cuihu Park was a piece of cake. The single room I booked was a haven of comfort. It was spotlessly clean, and the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The private bathroom was a huge plus. It was not only clean but also well - equipped, with hot water available at all times, which was perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day of exploration. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep every night. The common areas of the hostel are equally charming. There's a beautiful courtyard where I spent many pleasant hours chatting with fellow travelers from across the globe. The staff members were incredibly warm - hearted and always ready to offer valuable suggestions on local hidden gems. All in all, this stay was a wonderful experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Big Feet Hostel to anyone seeking a budget - friendly yet comfortable accommodation option in Kunming. It definitely added an extra special touch to my trip!

The owner is nice and helpful. He can speak basic english and walk us to the park. The room for two is very small but the duvet comfort enough to warm up body from winter coldness. One of the toilet has bidet which is such a relief. I like the toilet which has automatic plastic cover that can be changed for new user by pressing one button. I think the dining table too messy.

The location is good, almost at the urban center and you can walk to center area and not too far from MRT station, the couple owner is super friendly and helpful. The living room area and other facilities are awesome. FYI: For expat solo traveller, please contact the hostel owner first because the location is a bit difficult to find if you weren't local people and this hostel accept only female. I give 5 stars and highly recommend for female traveller.
