A very good youth hostel. It is located in a community and is as comfortable as home. The public space is very large. There is a living room, a dining table, a kitchen, a sofa, a TV, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The facilities are very complete. Forgot to take pictures, describe it in words! The shared bathroom is clean and tidy, there are two kinds of bathrooms, and the ceiling of the room is also decorated. Close to the train station, you can take a long-distance bus to buy tickets at the stop next to the train station.

The hostel itself is very cute and cozy, though you will notice that it's already been through some years. The rooms themselves were nice and clean. The bathrooms only have squatting toilets, which in itself is not a problem; however I believe there were some guests around that didn't know how to properly use them and the bathrooms weren't cleaned daily so unfortunaly I cannot give more points on cleanliness. I don't know how much English is spoken and I'm not sure how many tips staff can give about the surrounding sights. We asked if it was possible to get to the Xilamuren grasslands by public bus and the receptionist told us it wasn't. It is though, you can take a long distance bus to Zhaohe from the long distance bus station. We didn't ask for any more directions afterwards...

Excellent location. Take the airport bus to Chunxi Road and then take the Metro from Chunxi Rd Station to just one stop away Xinnamen Station. Make sure you come out at the right exit.
