Royal Beach Residence

Dubai Marina
Great place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.
Alphatel Beach Hostel JBR

Alphatel is APOGEE the perfect balance between comfort and never getting bored. I live alone in Dubai and discovered this place few weeks ago. I loved booking it on weekends because the vibe is amazing, you can meet people, it's super clean and it gives off cool vibes. Amr plays a huge role making it feel like home with spreading good vibes always, proposing different activities and making sure everyone is comfortable around. The place is well equipped and very cleany, with all necessary items on the ST. Access to the beach, marina activities, swimming pool and gym in 2 minutes. Don't hesitate to bring your favorite game or share some foodzies over, it's a lot of fun. Probably the cheapest place for the quality in town. Oh, and did I mention the view? Yeehaw!

The hostel is near Emirates Tower Metro Train and Bus Station. A walking distance also at the Museum of the Future. There are also a nearby drugstore and supermarket. I really like the location.

I sort of hotels to find the cheapest hotel available and this was the one. India was requiring that I show proof that I’ll be staying in Dubai. My friend had already booked a hotel room and she was on a plane, so there was no way to get the proof. So I just booked this hotel, but didn’t stay there. Thank you for the good price.

I stayed here on the first day of my trip to Dubai. It was a nice hostel in a good location for a cheap price. However, the check-in area was quite difficult to find. Go to room 1609 to check in. There is no shampoo for the shower, so you need to bring your own. There is a washing machine, and they will give you detergent if you ask.
Pharaohs Inn Deira Hostel

Deira
The room is small, no windows and sheets were quite dirty. You can hear sounds from other rooms. I didn't expect much for the price at least the bathrooms were cleaned regularly. I was put in a room right next to the aircon and since it is not central A/C, it was like being inside a meat freezer because there are no windows. I was not allowed to change the temperature as there is a 50AED fine pasted on the controller outside the room. They did give me extra blanket but the blankets were too thin and light to make much difference . The A/C temp was set at 21 but the room was probably 8-10 degrees celsius because my room is right next to the A/C. When you touch the walls of the room and your clothes, you feel its like ice nearly. One other thing that irritated me was the guy forgot to give my ID so he message me . I didn't mind that he forgot it but I had to go back to the hostel which was 30 minutes away, because he was out of the hostel and he did not leave my ID at the counter with the other staff so I had to wait for him for another 30 minutes . On top of that, the thing that annoyed me most was he messaged me to say ”YOU left your ID” ...then ”YOU should be thankful..” and finally when I got the ID back from him after waiting for him, ”DON'T LEAVE IT NEXT TIME” and did not ONCE apologise. This is not a joking matter as I am a guest and I don't know YOU. At first when I met him, he was friendly but after all that experience and wasting my time and money , I think it is very rude . Learn from your experience how to treat your guests and learn to apologise! I would not have complained if he just jokingly said it once but 3 times and then no apology ? You think your guest not going to be angry?! I booked for 3 days but I left on the 2nd day . In my 25+ years of travel I've never left an accommodation early.
