The accommodation is great. The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cooking utensils, which is great! You can also watch Netflix for free, which is great! Next to it is Lake Rototua. The scenery is super beautiful during the day. Don’t open food by the lake, seagulls will come and grab the food from you😆

Very nice and confortable place well located in Rotorua. All perfect large room and bed with full equiped kitchen,bathroom with spa was so relaxing. Location is 2 min by car to Downtown. Also quiet place . Parking free and nice staff . I really recommand this motel for your stay in Rotorua.

The room is clean and tidy, very comfortable, suitable for two families or a few friends to stay together, it is worth recommending. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again next time.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the parking is very convenient to park directly in front of your bedroom. The service is very good, my mobile phone has fallen to the restaurant and I have not found it. The waiter at the hotel rushed to the ship we were about to leave and returned the phone to me.

It’s a hot spring hotel where you can cook. The best thing is that these two have private baths and you don’t need to spend money to go to the hot springs. We have soaked here for two consecutive nights. It feels very good. The owner is also more enthusiastic. We found some minor problems. All helped us solve it smoothly, in short, it is still a recommended motel in Rotorua

The hotel was in a good location. Very near to some cafe and ample parking spaces. But unfortunately there was no electricity on our second day due to construction works nearby. To be specific: there was No Electricity from 8-9am until 1-2pm and then resumed normal. We had to finish all the food we bought from supermarket immediately otherwise food would turn bad. There was a carnival or something nearby and there was fireworks.

I stayed for several days, the room is good, the kitchen utensils are also very complete, there is an electric blanket on the bed, and someone helps us to clean up the room and change the towels, I really feel good 👌👍

A typical motel, the room is simple but enough, it is very close to the parking lot, and the sound insulation is average. If you don’t sleep well, please think twice or prepare earplugs. The location is very good on the main street of Rotorua, not far from the government garden and Polynesian hot springs. If you drive, the parking spaces in the courtyard are limited and you may not be able to park. The parking spaces are full and you can stop on the street. It is recommended that the boss prepare a check-out key box. This can be checked out quickly without ringing the bell every time you go to the front desk
