It's private and has its own separate entrance. The apartment is warm and has great views of the surrounding farmyard hills. It has a kitchen (fridge/freezer, bench top elements, microwave, jug, toaster, etc) which opens to the lining room (tv, stereo, & sofa that can convert into a bed). There's a spacious bathroom and bedroom (with a queen-size bed). It is furnished with quality furniture and appliances so you will be very comfortable. It has a private patio with outdoor seating and BBQ and resident native birds.
