Second time staying here and it's such a pleasure stay. Everything was good, clean, and easy check in instruction which i love the most.

Such a spacious room and very comfortable. The beds are large, the room is really spacious just like staying in a mini apartment. The surroundings are nice, just a few steps to Imago shopping malls and eatery area also available up to 12.00 midnight.

i get this room with the most cheap price 260myr for 3 night. i very satisfied with my stay 🥰 10/10 for Mino Homestay i definitely will repeat👍🏼 The light have problem during first day and owner solved it in 5 minute only. This is the view for the room i stay really chill and relax.

Overall i enjoy to stay at here. Near to Philippine Market. The room was cozy, spacious and best among the best is the view from the room. Nearby there is KK Plaza which you can buy some groceries at Servay Supermarket. Just a bit disappointed of the customer service the time i check where i asked to assist me to going down to the lobby after they asked me leave the card inside the room. They no even help me/ assist me to going down from floor 22 to lobby as u meed to scan the card inside the lift before enter the number of floor you wanted to go. After keep on waiting for some time luckily there is guest which also will going down to lobby in the lift, so i joined them.

Homestay overall ok 9/10 rate Cuma mahu sediakan hanger untuk senang cust sangkut pakaian yg mahu di iron & Rajin² lap cermin ** Jangan lupa sediakan spt pisau , mangkuk , papan pemotong untuk setiap yg ada kitchen senang untuk masak klu cust mahu guna biarpun studio place . Piring pun skurang³ kasi extra hehe . Tempat ok , cuma parking tidak di sediakan di setiap unit . Terpaksa cari sendiri , parking x banyak . Ada under managment byr rm 10/day . Cuma weekend full house semua . So bertabah lah untuk mencari parking . Mahu beli barang makanan ringan ada speedmart , kedai runcit & orange . Tempat masih baru so , klu tempat makan ada cafe sja d dpn . Lain d sebelah bangunan ada food court & di area sna senang cari makan . Cuma kalau lebih senang sesiap lah tapau makanan dr dluar, sbb susah cri park klu pack time . Sekian ulasan dari saya 🫶

Stayed for a week, it was pretty good! The boss is from Guangdong, and there is no communication barrier. It is a bit far from Semporna town, but it is convenient to have a car to pick you up. The driver is also very nice, thumbs up! The room is large and spacious, and the air conditioning is powerful, but because it is a tropical area, there are quite a lot of geckos and bugs, which is unavoidable. There is a washing machine in the yard where you can wash your clothes by yourself, and the key is that it is free, which is great! The shower water is very big, much better than other hotels and homestays I have stayed in Malaysia, and the price-performance ratio is good!

The boss lady, Ms. Ping, is very nice. She took us to the seafood market for free to buy seafood and cooked it for us for free. Her cooking skills are very good. It's delicious. It's like a fairy tale house. It's big and comfortable. Everyone can come and stay. Thank you, Ms. Ping. I will stay there again if I have the chance.

The homestay booked in Kota Kinabalu with his wife and her two sisters, the new real estate but it is indeed some distance from the pier. The rooms are clean and the facilities are new, and there is a night market downstairs.

The view from the room is expectacular. We like the room minimalistic design, and the colour scheme. Location is great as it is in the middle of gaya street and filipino market, walking distance to most tourist attractions. However, they need to improve on their cleanliness. Dusty fan, noisy aircon and broken sofa bed are still tolerable but the leaking in the toilet bowl after flushing is disgusting.

Very good! This price in town has such a big room with a balcony, which is really a surprise. The bathroom I like the most is also clean and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located, with popular restaurants next to it and close to the pier. Ctrip directly contacted the hotel to make an appointment for airport transfer, and the island hopping also gave great guest discounts and excellent 24-hour service. Before checking in, the hotel pineapple sent me travel preparations and entry guides, and answered all questions about Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, which made me feel very at ease. I was dazzled by the guides on the Internet...😂😂 When I arrived, I was sent a check-in guide, as well as a guide for food and seafood in the surrounding area, which was very worry-free. Ten thousand likes! I really had a lot of fun this time and was very satisfied! Recommended!!!
