It's a revisit. Breakfast and service were so good. I think it's good because it's close to a small value mart and a Poe Mu Bakery ㅠ I slept comfortably because of the Japanese countryside. However, the stairs are a bit steep, so there is a child.
Family recommends the first floor :-)

The sound of the next room may be noisy because the surroundings are quiet
The bath is wide and you can take it slowly. I can't take it if I drink in town and get late.
we didn't have slippers...
I wonder if the bedding was a little hard and my back hurt.
Location is in front of the sea. It is close to the beach and the best.
The response at check-out was also good.

There were no reviews and it was hard to make a reservation on a domestic platform, but wow... It's so good ㅠㅠ The accommodation is newly built, so it's super clean, friendly, and there's no complaints ㅠㅠ It's close to all the delicious restaurants in Izuhara!!! The bed is really soft and the best ❤️❤️ The best accommodation in Izuhara 🫶🫶

MMDevI was traveling as a backpacker, using public transport and was on a budget travel. I did not have a local SIM card/data. This place was ideal for my budget travel. It is an old style Japanese house, tatami floor, quiet and sufficient. It is at a walking distance, about 100 - 150 meters from the bus stop. However, there is no internet/wifi connection at this accommodation. If you are dependent on WiFi, then this could bother you to some extent. However, there is free internet connection available at the bus stop. So, I used to walk to the bus stop and access internet. There are fruit shops and some restaurants nearby. There is also a local brewery nearby. I found the beers there to be good and tasty.

MMDevI was traveling without any SIM card nor data/wifi connection. Besides, I was also using public transport. Therefore, locating the guesthouse at first was a bit of challenge. However, the place was convenient, clean and very quiet. It was ideal for my needs. It is located on a hilly part, overlooking the Ashibe port area. It looks beautiful in the evening as well as at night. Since I had plenty of time on hand, spending one night at Ashibe was relaxing for me. However, there is nothing much to do in Ashibe area. Therefore, I think it is better to decide the location first, then choose a suitable place. If you decide to stay in Ashibe, then this place could be ideal.

It takes about 17 minutes on foot from Hitakatsu Port, but I didn't feel that it was too far to visit the village throughout the trip.
There is one room on the first floor, a shared shower and toilet, and a washbasin. Toilets and showers are separate for men/women.
There are four rooms on the second floor, a toilet and a small washbasin to wash your hands.
Also, if you open the window, you can see the sea right in front of you. (Small port)
Please apply for breakfast unconditionally!! 160 years old Japanese traditional houses prepare Japanese home style neatly.
White rice, two or three side dishes, one butt, and a smiley soup.
Close to Nishidomari Beach, walking distance and very good for morning walks around.
There's a small shop about a minute away where you can buy drinks and sweets.
Personally, I'll go here without any conditions even if I go to **do next time.
