When we arrived the hotel, the staff welcomed us with kind hospitality, then he introduced the room where located in the second floors of another building. The way to the room was so tough and narrow to walk. The room was wide and cleaned but the floor under the bed was dusty. Seem like they didn’t clean for a year. Other than that was good enough for the cheap price.

This is great hostel. There is free water and some coffee. If you enjoy hotspring, this is a best choice.

Room cleaning, replacement of amenities, etc. It was done properly The equipment is old and there are stains on the wallpaper. It's very cheap so I think it's worth the price Conveniently located near a police box and convenience store

The room was a large family room and was well prepared. The bath was clean and I could use it twice. The view from the room was also good. I would definitely like to come if I have another chance. 😊

The receptionist was incredibly kind. Even though I don't speak Japanese, she tried her best to communicate with me in English. I'm so grateful to her! The room was also very comfortable, with great air conditioning. The hotel's location is quite convenient, not far from Nakaminato Market or the station.

There was no humidifier. There was no shave cream, the ventilation fan was black, and the carpet was badly stained. However, it was fun to have a dome-only experience, such as wide 々 and echoing the voice! Please note that there was no place to eat dinner in Hirosawa City. I want to stay again next year!
