Una piacevole sorpresa vicino alla Fontana di Trevi. Bella stanza con arredamento curato e molto pulita. Ottima esperienza soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e gentilezza del proprietario che ha fatto di tutto per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno! Ci torneremo!!!

For Rome prices, it's not bad. However, the self check-in process was a bit convoluted for the initial entry (though once you get the keys from the room, opening the main building door and the condo entrance is easy). The bathroom had a shower with mold, and very little water came out of the showerhead, which was completely encrusted. Even after trying to clean it, not much water came out. For the price, it's not terrible though.

We stayed here for four nights in June of 2025. The location of the hotel is generally good for getting to some of the more noteworthy site (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, etc.). There's a metro station around 8 minutes walk away, which opens up most of the rest of the city pretty well. We walked from here to the Vatican, which took around 35 minutes, but would be less than half that by cab. The surrounding area is great for clothing shops, but the food we found nearby was mostly so-so, and frequently over-priced tourist fare, though I'm sure if you walk a little farther from the hotel you can find some good options. The room itself was booked for a family of four, and was comfortable. The bathroom and shower had good water pressure, and the AC worked just fine. Some of the sheets were not quite clean, but we just didn't use the one we found slightly dirty. The beds were comfortable and a good size. The room and hotel have little to no facilities, so you're really just paying for room and the location. The exterior entrance is not well marked, and we actually walked past it on the street several times. If you're thinking of booking here, I'd recommend just looking for the GAP store which is directly across the street, much easier to find. Our interactions with the hotel staff were limited. We received a number of automated messages, some of which were contradictory, or had out of date information. After booking and paying for the room (a non-refundable booking) we were told there was an extra ”city tax” not included which would need to be paid before checking in which amounted to around an extra $90 or so, and the offered price of an airport transfer service went up as soon as we requested it (from 85 euros to 95). The hotel arranged the transfer service for us, but the driver left the airport before we could get out of the passport control due to another booking. The driver service showed up at the hotel at the time the flight was supposed to arrive, even though the flight was late, and you'd expect them to know that going through passport control takes easily an hour, so this seems to be quite poor planning on behalf of either the hotel or the service. We ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was also slightly over half the price of the transfer service, so I'd recommend skipping their service, it seems like a rip-off. Taxis from the airport to the city center seem to be subsidized by the government, and were a fixed price of 55 euros (for a normal size car big enough for 4 people) at the time we visited. The train from the airport is also not a bad idea if you're comfortable using the metro, as the train station is just 3-4 metro stops from the nearest metro station to the hotel (Spagna). Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but felt like we mostly paid for the location.

The location of the hotel is invincible, and the proprietress is also super good. They are all conscientious recommendations for helping to book a restaurant; downstairs is CHANEL, the subway station, and three stations to the central railway station. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. If you go to Rome next time, I will choose him Family!

Got a little confused upon arrival as there’s also another hotel tgt- independent hotel. Check-in was at the same place but location was at a different building (still in close proximity). Staff was kind enough to show the place. The entrance of the door was a little hard to push (making entering and exiting a tad troublesome). Toilet had a weird smell (not too overpowering, still bearable) Otherwise it was decent one overall

Being steps away from Via Condotti’s luxury boutiques adds to the convenience. The genuine hospitality and personal attention here truly stand out. It’s not just about luxury — it’s about feeling welcome and cared for. I’ll definitely stay at Piazza di Spagna 9 again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Simply top rated — the best!

I had a wonderful stay at RomArt Luxury Rooms and was extremely satisfied with everything. The location is excellent, making it convenient to visit the Vatican, metro stations, and major attractions in Rome. At the same time, the accommodation is very quiet, providing a great place to rest after a day of sightseeing. Special thanks to the front desk and staff; they were consistently friendly, enthusiastic, and always willing to help with any questions or provide information. Throughout my stay, I felt very well taken care of and welcomed. The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an elegant overall environment and a well-thought-out spatial arrangement. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were perfect for resting, ensuring I slept soundly every night. I also really appreciated the attention to detail, the cleanliness of the common areas, and the overall high standards for hygiene and tidiness. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable, clean, and conveniently located accommodation in Rome. If I ever visit Rome again, I will definitely choose to stay here!

I was glad that breakfast was included. I could choose from bread and drinks. They delivered it to my room, so I could eat at my leisure.

It is similar to a room like a home, but the hygiene is very good, the decoration is very good, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic about introducing a lot of Roman travel guides, the hotel also has an old-fashioned elevator, very retro, very close to the Venice Square, five minutes When you arrive, there are many bus stops nearby, and it is very convenient to go to the Vatican.
