Our basement apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a couch in the living room that will convert to a futon bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a washer and dryer in one of the closets. The spare bedroom has a full bed. The futon bed is a twin size when laid down.The bathroom has all of the essentials including towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some toiletries and feminine products. The body wash is a baby shampoo/body wash so it is tear-free and safe for kids and babies to use as well as adults.There is a full-size kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, blender, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils, toaster, and more! If there is something you need and aren’t sure if we have, just ask! We might have it or could get it for you. Please keep in mind that there is a family with young kids that stay in the upstairs portion of the house. Rarely, if ever, do they make noise during the night but they may be noisy during the day.
