Located in Orbi block A
I recommend contacting a few hours before check-in to find out where exactly your room is
When checking in, you need to pay 10 lari for an entry card, of course no one mentioned this, it's good that we managed to exchange currency at the airport when I entered the room, there were 2 men who were fixing the air conditioner, at first I thought that we had mixed up the number, but no, I don't know how to explain it, but there was confusion
Of course no one warned us about anything
After 10 minutes they left
The room itself is clean, there was gel and shampoo with soap
Microwave, washing machine, TV, Internet
Since the air conditioner did not work for heating, they brought us an electric radiator, it heated well
In general, everything is fine, except for those two incidents in the form of paying for the card and men in the room
I flew to Georgia for a short stay, and Orbi turned out to be the cheapest option, especially since it was an apartment, not a hostel. I was worried about not having shampoo, since it was an apartment, but in the end, I got the full hotel experience—they even provided slippers and a toothbrush.
The elevator wait was a maximum of three minutes, and that was for going down, not up. There were no problems with water. Maybe these Orbi ailments only manifest themselves in high season, but in the fall, everything was perfect. On the downside, the room was a bit tired (as was the complex itself) with all sorts of marks and scratches, but it was clean, so it wasn't a problem. The curtains were see-through, so I couldn't sleep during the day, but it was enough for me. There was no soundproofing from the hallway; I could constantly hear the elevator beeping, although fortunately, I didn't have any noisy neighbors. The street noise is well blocked, but there were also issues with a nearby establishment having parties from 9 PM to 11 PM or 12 PM, and you could hear them. Considering I was out and about during the day and working until late at night, it didn't bother me too much.
Overall, a positive experience; at this price, I'd stay here again.

The apartments are located in the Orbi City complex, block D. A very pleasant owner answered all questions at the reservation stage. Communication in English at Whats App. Ask for a room higher and with a good view on the sea - he provided it. On the 40th floor with excellent view on the sea, city and mountains. The room itself is in good condition, everything works, nothing falls off. Bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a fan, clean towels and a pair of sets of shampoo+gel for shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi in the room works without complaints - the Internet is fast. Also in the room there is a small tile, a teapot and a tug. In general, everything for comfortable accommodation. Of the shortcomings I can note only the absence of a yursik. Otherwise, wonderful apartments with a wonderful owner. I definitely recommend.
The hotel is clean overall and you can see the sea, but there is no service at all. Check-in is difficult. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service handled it actively and quickly and helped me solve the problem. Be careful when checking in
Fresh apartments are clean, comfortable. A little closer than the pictures seem, but it fits perfectly for 4 adults. Location on the first line with excellent access to the Batumi centre, but a little noisy from cars with a loud exhaust and karaoke right under the windows.
The service is good, but the instructions for settlement and search of the apartment are desirable to add to the description or to direct in advance.
We stayed at the hotel for one night from 07.08 to 08.08
The hotel is huge, there are a lot of people, there is no private parking, we barely found it in the yard, the locals ask for 50 lari to park.
The room itself is clean with a stunning view, both during the day and in the evening.
The front desk of the hotel speaks English. All you need to check in is your passport. It's very convenient.
